The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and all the appliances worked.

One of the beds was broke down on one side. It also sounded like the bed frame was about to break every time you moved. Pillows were very worn and stained. Room itself was clean and the staff was pleasant during check-in.

Great location walking distance from all the sight seeing things you can do or a short drive away. Room was nice!

Easy to find. Hotel, bedroom, bathroom all clean. Motel style so we could park outside the room. Breakfast was good, with hot food. Noise from floor above. Plenty of restaurants in Colorado Springs (a few minutes by car).

Great place to stay when staing in this cute and quaint town. We would go back.

I believe they are in the process of improving. It is close to activities but not close enough to walk. There are several dining options in walking distance and many others within a couple minutes drive. Very easy access to Garden of the Gods

This Quality Inn has nothing to do with quality. No pool, old and smelly. Go to the Holiday Express across the street for just about the same rate with Pool and spa, great breakfast.

Not to bad as a property and the vendor was very nice however I didn’t like the adjoining rooms this didn’t make me feel very comfortable

The outsude looked old and run down. Rooms where remodeled and very clean and nice. Bathroom had a door and the toilet had it's own door too!! Great when traveling with older children. Convenient location. Pool was out of commission. Very affordable, would stay again. Pet friendly.

The steps and area outside the rooms need power washing. The bedspread needed washing. Room was spacious.

It was a great experience, we were treated exceptionally well, Every member of the staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. The Room was spacious and well maintained. We also had a walk-in shower, which was much appreciated.

Rooms just felt outdated and there was a lingering smell in the room, smelled of smoke for a non smoking establishment. Only stayed one night

Wish the parking was directly in front of the rooms however everything went smoothly in checking in and during our stay.

I so wanted to give a good review, because the staff were just wonderful. Couldn't say enough good things about Jose and housekeeping works so hard. However, this place is like lipstick on a pig. The motel grounds were filthy, overground weeds, and the closed pool was disgusting. The room was cheaply and poorly renovated. You can tell management is trying to make due with what they have available, but it truly is a 1-2 star motel.

It was a nice stay.

An older property that was attempting to be upgraded. WiFi was not operable. Laundry facilities were a shambles as no machines were working and had been vandalized. Very noisy most of the night as the walls and floors were thin and it always sounded like someone was moving furniture or repairing something above me.

Motel is in need of a complete renovation, there was no internet and had been broken for over a week. The pool had dirty water and piles of pool furniture, like it hadn’t been open for years. Stair area was dirty, walk ways had spots of sloppy painting. We will not stay here again.

Room was okay but not great. Was not super clean. Breakfast was average.

I had a great stay

Nice staff and well placed for a walk into ye olde Manitou, constant, traffic has a 20mph limit but hotel is opposite traffic lights so start and stop of old cameros with loud pipes is an issue.

We were given keys to the room and when we went into the room pillows were scattered on the bed, with no pillow cases, and the pillows were very stained. Went to change rooms, which went well. The new room the bed was made but the bathroom was dirty. I cleaned the vanity before we used it because it had not been cleaned. The shower was as bad as the vanity. There were sliding glass doors and they had not been cleaned. The doors were very dirty. Overall the rooms we saw were in very poor condition.

Summary: We booked this hotel as this was one of the few hotels that had walkin showers in manitou springs. If that is a requirement for you, this hotel is a decent option. Otherwise it is a pretty mediocre hotel The bad: -Breakfast was not good. They had very few choices and pretty poor quality. They ran out of one of the (only decent) cereal and didn't replenish it for a few days. They were running out of bread constantly we had to ask them to replenish that. -The front desk service was hit or miss. One of the guys was very nice. The other one not so much - The first room they gave us didn't have any wifi service. We had to ask for a room closer to the reception. In the new room, wifi there was pretty good. -We took a room with a kitchen. They had a stove but nothing else. -There is no elevator. For us it was not a big deal but if you have trouble with stairs, you should get a downstairs room. -Walls were thin. We could hear people speaking outside some times, alarm going off in one of the rooms. It was not too bad btw. -In the night (around 9 PM) we had strong smell of frying oil. It lasted for about 1 hour and then went away. Not sure where it was from but it was not very comfortable. The good: -Centrally located. Everything was close. -Convenient parking. -The place was generally pretty clean. -Based amenities in the room are good - Bed, shower, toiletries etc. -Walkin shower and parking close to room worked out well for us

Overall great. The lock on my door was broken and screws hanging out. Room very clean, staff very friendly, unfortunately the landscaping is in dire need of work and makes the property look not well taken care of when in the rooms are very well taken care of.

This property looks to be recently renovated. The property needs some additional maintenance such as the pool area which was trashed. The staff was nice and helpful with information. However the shower was disgusting. Was full of black mold and had to be cleaned before I could use it. Then the had the nerve to charge for the wash cloth I used to clean the shower.

They did not change my bed sheets during room service for 7 days of my stay. I had same stained sheets for all 7 days. Bath tub’s faucet thing was coming off nobody fixed that. Floor was never mopped it was so dirty.

First room we were assigned looked to be under construction. Go room changed. Had to call front desk. Neighbor seemed to be having a furniture moving competition. Nothing was done. Got no sleep. Breakfast was cold. Hot and cold on shower was backwards

Pros: good location to Garden of the Gods, aesthetic & spacious. GM and hospitality staff were nice. Cons: Walls weren’t completely painted, nearby closet/hangers were covered in white construction dust, floor was dirty and found the pillows with short hairs on them on arrival. Blankets also had a certain smell to them.

The reviews on this property are very misleading. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are nicely renovated, however, the walls are paper thin (was woken up one night to others extra curricular activities) then could hear a dog barking and baby crying. Breakfast had the samething every day. The first day the eggs were cold as well as the sausage gravy. Which is in a building off to the side of the property. The outdoor pool area looked like a storage area, I also made the mistake of walking to the back of the property which looked like a dumping ground for anything and everything. The front desk area is locked from 11p to 7a, so don't plan on needing anything at all.
