Great location, right off the downtown area

Great location, easy to walk to all restaurants and shops. Nice staff. The rooftop spa was so relaxing with stunning views. We sat in the hot tub soaking in the views of the glacier and mountains.

This is a pleasant hotel located conveniently in the town centre but in a quiet road (in summer). The room was clean but small, breakfast was good. The spa area was as very small. The two hot tubs were tepid and as the weather was poor the two nights we stayed you were unable to sit in them for more than a few moments. One sauna and the steam room were not working and the showers were being refurbished. I had chosen the hotel because the basis of the nice looking spa so this was disappointing.

Everything was excellent. Position perfect. Spa brilliant. Gym great. Service excellent. Room lovely but just too warm, had to have door to balcony open all the time. Could do with extractor in bathroom/toilet. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Room 408 - (Superior) Pros: Perfectly clean linens. Good pillows. Heavenly good duvet. Cons: Outdated cramped room, cramped bathroom without any storage possibility, 1 m² toilet room without electric vent (you literally hit your head on the door when sitting). Poor and unstable Internet (it worked 2 days out of 5). Gets noisy at night if window is open (no AC). Hotel: Located in the city centre. Jacuzzi and pool outdoors, on the 6th floor, 360 degrees view - best ever experience. Cozy hotel lounge. Friendly reception staff. French breakfast, poor selection - 22 EUR per person. We won't book again.

Closest hotel to ski bus stop. Unfortunately staff is a bit impatient/rude. Hotel is a bit dated. Bring cash for a deposit to store your ski gear.

Well located in the Center of Chamonix

This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well.

Overall it was a good weekend stay. My favorite part was the location. The Staff was great.

I liked it was in town for restaurants and bus stops. Spa area needs another hot tub as it was difficult to use for the amount of people.

Small, but comfortable. Rooms are not soundproofed, as mentioned. Comfortable beds, great location. Spa was nice but overly crowded.

Great hotel at 10 mins walk from the main bus station (Chamonix Sud). Bus stops to most ski stations are conveniently situated just a few meters away from the hotel so we did not have to walk a long way with our equipment. The hotel is also situated right downtown close to the restaurants and shops which was great for dinner time and off days. The SPA is to die for. The perfect way to end our ski day with the breathtaking rooftop pool and hot tub. Definitely a reason why you should book the hotel. There is not a single day where we did not go to the spa. It is really one of a kind. The hotel has convenient lockers to store your ski equipment, however it did not dry them overnight. We had amazing service from the gentleman at the reception. He was helpful, funny and very nice. Thank you. The rooms are a bit outdated which takes away from the luxurious aspect of the hotel. Also we had to ask for coffee and cream to be refilled every day as it was not done automatically when they cleaned the room which was a bit odd. Thank you Park Hotel

This hotel might have been a 4-star gem a decade ago, but it's showing its age now. The beds are quite small, and the bathroom, especially the hairdryer and showerhead, could use an upgrade. Our attempt at the spa was a bit disappointing – the hammam wasn't working, and the sauna and jacuzzi weren't hot enough. The thin walls meant we could hear everything from our neighbors. On the bright side, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent, and the view is lovely.

Really nice and comfortable rooms and spa with outdoor pool / jacuzzi and two saunas with amazing views. Functional gym with more modern equipment. Staff was so-so and the wifi didn't work on the 5th floor.

Great place to stay. It was easy to get to from the train station and walkable to the excursions we took. The only complaint was the pillow’s weren’t what we were hoping for. The room was also very warm and we had a hard time cooling it off.

Have been guests at this hotel 5 or 6 times through the years for our hiking vacations in the alps. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient and helpful.

The service was attentive. We enjoyed a massage in the the sap area which was excellent. The outdoor hot tub was lukewarm but the sauna's were clean & were at the proper temperatures. The restaurant had limited dinner options and were out of most items when we came to dinner at 7pm

This hotel isnt clean and smell of odor. When we ask for changing room, they said they r fully booked while we saw people still coming and checking in. They didnt agree to give us refund and charge us 660 usd for 2 night we even didnt stay. This place is scam. Be carefull

We loved the staff. So kind and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi looking over the mountains was such a treat! The drinks being served outside was wonderful. The room had no air but it was cool enough. Loved the balcony overlooking the square. Beautiful experience!

The location is perfect to Mont Blanc. Ali was so friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel, in the middle of Chaminix village with pool and jacuzzi on the top of the hotel with a view on the mountain top! Perfect!
