It was nice. Kids Water park needs remodeling, is rusty and some.pieces are broken. Ants invade the trash can at night. Besides that, we had a nice stay. The Denny's in the Hotel is super convenient.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff's attitude was unwelcoming, and the rooms had a pervasive moldy smell. Additionally, the pool was over-bleached, making it unpleasant to use. To top it off, they charge for parking, which felt like an unnecessary extra fee. I've been a regular guest at the Mayaguez Holiday Inn and the Aquarius in Boqueron for years without any complaints. I decided to try a new location on the north side of the island, but this experience has ensured that I will never return to this hotel.

Overall it was a good stay. It was a 2 night stay. We spend most of the time outside the hotel. The pool area is family friendly. I would go back. Casino in hotel was a nice touch and the music was great.

The hotel was good, I don’t like that I have to ask for the cleaning service. They dint clean the room properly on the first day, dint clean on the second and I am have to ask for cleaning service in the third day. The pool was nice my kids love it.

They allowed for early check in. It looks well maintained. Best bed and pillows I ever had.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The Lobby was clean and smelled good :) The Dennys, Casino , Pools & Kids Game room are all a plus! I do have a few things recommendations. Please fix some of the kids games at the game room. The bedroom were cleans at all times when we stepped out. Just need a little more of the floors to be better cleaned. Also, The tubs should be deep clean, like remove some of the stains.. I think they are a bit old, & for the quality and how nice this hotel is then the tubs should represent such thing :) dont get me wrong, They were clean though & last but not least, if the hotel can vet a few more washing machines would be highly appreciated it :) In general I would recommend this hotel. It was very nice! Thank you!!! I would definitely use this hotel again when going back to PR :)

The bed sheets on 2nd bed were stained. Hotel hallways were very dirty. Otherwise, fine 1 night stay before trip home.

This Marriott Courtyard appeared to be unkept. The bathroom tub appeared dirty. It needed bleach and lots of scrubbing. The loungers in the pool area were so worn that they ripped as someone sat on them. The quality of the towels in the room and pool area left a lot to be desired. However, the staff were great and made you feel at "home".

My room was musty the room smelled horrible the bed smelled bad the bathroom walls had fungus the showers where dirty had black mold on it

The condition of the bathroom was awful as there was mildew in the shower and the bathtub was chipped. The towels were dingy and I really did not even want to dry myself with them, The light switch in the room was broken and the first night had to sleep with the light on as we could not turn it off. They did fix it for the remaining of the trip. I have pictures I can provide of the condition of the bathroom. For the price I was charged for the stay I am disapointed.

Clean and friendly but just a little outdated.

WAY too expensive for the "luxury" nightmare I experienced. 2 different rooms flooded, one by faulty A/C, one by faulty toilet. When the toilet overflowed, they said they couldn't repair it until morning. They lied and said every room was full, so I couldn't move to another non-flooded room. Then there is the issue of the parking lot card/ticket system. $1300 for 4 nights.... ridiculous.

It was good, beautiful property. The pool was self serve- I had a late check in and wanted to use it, when I go, no towels, no one to ask for that or chair, all taken, why only 12 chairs in such a big area? I was only here one night and I couldn’t enjoy that.

There’s no other better options available near by with the amenities the Marriott offers

The room smelled like mildew, the AC sounded like train was running through it, the shower had mold in the grout, and everything was old. The only saving for this hotel was the staff was very helpful.

This is one of the nicer hotels in the area. However, the rooms are in need of some updating. They are not bad they just should be better for that price. During our stay we had an issue with our room that needed to be addressed immediate. The supervisor on duty named Richard was extremely attentive and helpful. Issues are bound to happen, it’s how they are handled that makes all the difference. We couldn’t ask for better treatment. Thank you

This was our 5th time staying at The Marriott in Aguadilla. The staff were very friendly and helpful as always and they always cater to our needs. Highly recommend!
