The overall facility needs a face lift. The staircases were not stable and secure.. The room was clean although the shower had stains on the wall. I was hoping it wasn't mold . The pool had a dirt ring around it.

The staff here was amazing and friendly. It was a bit expensive only because you're really paying for the location rather than the quality. It was clean safe and neat, though nothing fancy. I was a solo female traveler and they checked in to make sure I felt safe and didn't need anything the entire time. At one point when I checked in, they said my room number out loud, realized I was traveling by myself, and immediately gave me a new room and wrote down the number to make me feel more safe and make sure no one else knew it. That meant the world to me.

I couldnt use any utilities or charge my phone in my room other than the tv and lamps unless i moved the furniture to clear outlets. On top of that the room was beat up and the bath towels were stained. Staff was chill though and its a good location for activities, just wish my room wasnt so bad.

This was my second time staying at this property and as always The staff was on point with my concerns, (deactivated my card three times😱) I had my coffee in my room!!!! My sheets was clean and fresh ( very picky about that) is very convenient to the beach a two minute drive , and the dinner was just cross the street which I felt was very convenient did not have to look anywhere to eat. This will be my go to place when ever I’m in Jersey ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️😎😎😎🤩🤩 thank you for making my stay great!!!

Was down for a friends birthday and really just needed a place to sleep! This place did the job!

The employees were nice and let us check-in early. It was conveniently located close enough to the beach, restaurants, etc.

bed bugs !!!! Ate me alive and when I confronted the front desk she did not care at allllll ! Would not give me another room and just wasn’t helpful at all ! I wanted my refund but Expedia is impossible to reach ! I wil never ever ever come back or tell anyone to go ! I have pictures and proof of how nasty that place is !

Hi,i recently stayed here for memorial day weekend I thought I had the room booked but it wasnt & the gentleman at the front was very nice he explained what we needed to due & he booked us in... That was Great!!! Everywhere else was booked so he saved our weekend....So Thank You...

Comforting

The staff was very friendly and was very understand about my disability to climb stairs I wouldn’t have a problem to revisit again when I come back to Jersey

The price was fair for what you get. Feels dirty when you walk in, and the facility itself is not safe. What I mean is, the steps to upstairs are broken and you can easily fall. Not sure how long it will be until the concrete steps fall over, but the wooden steps on the inside of the facility are ready to cave anytime. Parking is very cramped and the noise level with people partying from Midnight through 4 AM is NOT good. Stay away on Friday/Saturday nights unless you don't mind losing sleep. It's a horse shoe setup so everyone gets to hear everyone, especially the women crying, the men being the worse and I doubt anyone would bring children to this place. Would not stay here again.

Aside from the thermostat not working in the room, the stay was great all around!

The management was fantastic, and it was nice to see the upgrades. We had a slight leak, which wasn't a big issue for us, but would have liked to see them bring towels knowing we were using the ones provided to soak up the leak. Also, they did such a good job with improvements, I would have like to seen a different bed covering and newer mattress. Otherwise, these folks know how to run a business in what could become a raucous area; and at a great price. Thank you!

I liked the area was good if you don't have a car close places to eat the train station was close shops are close. But the room was small old smelly and dirty the TV and air didn't work for the price. Should of been half price. But they never take anything off the price.. the staff was nice besides that..

Room was dated and smelled of smoke. Visible water damage on chair with mold growth. Ironing board was filthy and pillow covers had stains. Good news there was no needles under sink or draws.

Everything was in disorder. Microwave did not work or coffee maker. The place was a dump. Should not be listed on site

the sheet is dirty with sign on it me sleepless and also noise the whole night with A/C noising. Totally not qualified one.

I had purchased this room through Expedia had a family emergency and canceled about an hour after making reservations in the early morning. Was told there was refund I explained to the motel and Expedia about my emergency and even paid for the insurance which is extra. Very bad business all around. This was the first time and last time I ever book again.

Simple accommodation, the staff member on check in was professional and willing to help.

Service was great, front desk is very friendly, helpful. He give me sheet, and small heater for room when asking. The room is not very clean.
