Beds were great..very comfortable. At time of check in, front desk was not friendly and had a hard time understanding her. She also was not at the front desk on arrival but sitting out in foyer on her phone. It took her a minute to see I was waiting.

I love staying at this hotel when I come for a getaway or business. I had some issues with the room, it wasn’t anything that would make me no longer book- because I will be back!!! 😁 Just some minor issues- The mirror in the room wasn’t cleaned properly- some spots, some towels could not be used(some issues with hair on the towel). Tub needs to be redone-started to peel and the tiles as well.

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk, but lots of people were seated uncomfortably and tensely in the lobby. A woman walked up and said the computers were down and she didn't know when we will be back up but I could sit down with everyone else. I have two small children so we stayed in the car and then took them to grab food returning an hour later. I walked in and no one as the front desk, the lady was sitting in the lobby playing a game on her ipad. I could see her, she could see me. There was an uncomfortable moment and then she got up and checked me in. There was water all over the floor, which another person staying there told us not to fall. It just wasn't good at all. So disappointed.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. They offered a great breakfast everyday, nice pool area, comfortable beds, and awesome shower pressure. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars but the breakfast featured “range free” eggs were actually eggs out of a carton or powdered made eggs. My wife said they tasted like plastic. We just did not like the artificial taste of the eggs. 4 stars. Please serve real eggs!

Quick overnight stay that was very pleasant. Room was extremely nice (appeared new), comfortable and very clean. My one and only complaint is that there was trash still in one of the trash cans when we checked into our room.

I was charged a smoke free environment fee b/c a house keeper said they found Marijuana in my room. When i called, they gave 2 stories: (1) evidence of Marijuana & (2) said someone was smoking. I am insulted & will try to get my money back. I took a tour of the room- no evidence of smoke, but my money was missing.
