Check in and check out was quick, easy, and friendly. The pillows were a bit too soft but if that’s my only complaint I’m perfectly content.

Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff offered Freezer space to refreeze cooler ice, which was nice. decent choices for breakfast. Location by Riverwalk was excellent

This was a great location and the accommodations were perfect with 3 beds. The staff was very cutesy and helpful for our needs.

Jeremy at front desk was so rude. Went to check in at 3:00 and they didn’t have room ready until 4:30 pm. I had my 96 year old mother with us and he had no concern, I needed to lay her down she was very tired. Then when he said our room was ready it wasn’t even the right room. What a big disappointment. Jeremy totally blew us off.

I was very happy with the size of the room, very spacious and lots of room for our whole family. I loved having the sofa bed as well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had strong pressure, which was a plus. The pool was clean and a good size, and the exercise room had several treadmills so there was no waiting for a machine. Breakfast had many hot options and there was something for everyone. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee hot cocoa, and more. Overall friendly staff, ample parking and a good location.

Everything was great the only thing was while i was out in the morning housekeeping went into the room while my wife and son were sleeping. The took all the dirty towels out of the room but didnt leave any clean ones. That was the morning after our first night then the next 2 nights and days housekeeping didn't go in the room again.

No housekeeping even though we asked on the second day to please service our room. They were recarpeting so the smell was horrible. When they tore out the carpet, glue in the hallways, making shoes stick and hard to walk. The final morning there was loose carpet my daughter tripped on coming out of the room. Many workers and equipment in hallways making it hard to pass. A terrible place to stay during this remodel.

Room wasn't clean up on arrival and later into our first night the key card did not work. They were very fast to responded and get it gixed. It happened on the second night again. I also asked for two pillows and more toilet paper and never received.
They could not give us any companions since we had booked through a third party.

It was a nice hotel but the wrong kind of neighborhood. The area felt unsafe.

The location just off I-25, and the service was great. The hallway floors were stained and really gross. The tile at the hot tub was pretty dirty too. Then the beds were the most uncomfortable and hard! The breakfast was great as always.

Some doors on back side of hotel were not accessible through courtyard, making it a long walk around with the luggage. Also had construction equipment on the backside blocking a lot of the parking area, leaving limited lighting for my friends and our vehicles. feel like courtyard gate should’ve been open allowing direct access instead of walking around the building.

The customer service was excellent but the hotel had some sort of water line issue that I didnt realize the extent of until id already checked in. Their was temporary carpet on the whole floor amd carpet tack lines and raw cement were clearly visible. I had paid more last minute for the increased level of comfort. Unfortunately that wasn't what i ended up getting. I wish i had been informed before arrival about the conditions so i couldve made other arrangements.

We have stayed at the SpringHill suites several times in the past few years. We love the proximity to the downtown area and the Riverwalk and adding the fencing around the property was a good move to improve security. It's location on the east side of Santa Fe is a slight negative due to the noise from I-25 and some of the locals who wander around in the street.

Overnight stay! Just felt good from the time you entered the hotel. Breakfast in a great location not back in a little cramped room. Room was very comfortable and worked with needing 3 beds.

We got to get a room downstairs. It was quiet and convenient to go to the pool and come back to the room They did have a little store that had anything you needed, and the breakfast had a variety of different stuff.

This hotel is a great choice in Pueblo! The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and spacious, and the hotel staff are great! Alona was particularly wonderful! Will definitely stay again on my next business trip! I was in a room on the highway side, and the highway noise was imperceptible. Great sleep, and the morning breakfasts were terrific as well!
