Nice, clean rooms and facilities. Buffet breakfast during the weekend was great, it's a shame it wasn't available on Monday where a la carte with significantly smaller choice was offered. Spa closes too early - at 8pm so if you like evening massage they book 6 or 7pm latest which I personally find weird - too early to eat before massage, too relaxed to dress up to go out and eat after. Services should be at least until 10pm.

Comfortable and service oriented hotel outside main center in bansko. excellent offering of transportation to and from ski and city center. good offering of restaurants in or nearby the hotel.

Everything was great with the stay from the room to the frequent shuttle service. Unfortunately I had a ski accident on 31st Dec, which meant not being able to leave the room as per Doctor's instructions. The reception staff didn't show any empathy to find us some dinner on NYE since we couldn't leave the hotel. We tried ordering room service, asking the reception to see if they have any no-shows at one of the 3 restaurants or any places we might be able to order some take out. They simply said they can not help us in anyway here. We had expected a better service from a 5 star hotel when it comes to unforeseen incidents such as this one.

Our stay was good but on Monday, early in the morning at 8:30 we woke up from drill sound because they propably had repairs. We were never informed about this inconvinience. They could deal with it later. Moreover, the spa area was crowded and you couldn't relax due the bad behaviour of some kids. This is a very good hotel and I feel sorry because the quality isn't like it used to be. If you make more rooms for more visitors then you have to expand the facilities like the pool and the spa area.

A lot of child in spa center .there was a lot of lightning in spa center. The water in cold pool it was dirty..

This is a great hotel, a few issues initially, but they were sorted quickly. Pool and spa area are excellent, as is the food. One of the best holidays I have had for a long time.

We had to check out 30 minutes after we checked in and move to another real 5* hotel. The place is a mess. Small rooms and bathrooms with super cheap furniture. Small pool and super small gym. They promised us a full refund for not staying at their property but we never received it. Do not recommend! Waste of time and money!

Excellent - third time here. Improves each year. You can now take a bus directly from the hotel to the slopes meaning you can miss the gondola queue each morning

Ski rooms can be larger(they were full in the end of the day) and shuttle frequency to/from city in the evening was low.

Great hotel. They offer free shuttles to the gondola and back, so even though it's far from the ski gondola it doesn't bother at all. It even has rides to the first stop on the mountain. The hotel is in a quiet place near the outskirts of Bansko and has a few restaurants and a spa.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucky Bansko. The bathroom amenities are very good. Sadly we were let down by the poor housekeeping. The room was only serviced around 6pm at night and a shoddy job was done of the servicing. The sheets are too short for the mattress and there is no mattress protector in place. We had a dirty tea towel which we dutifully placed on the floor in the bathroom as per the ‘towel change’ policy... everytime we did this we returned to the room to find the same towel hanging up in the kitchenette again. The bedroom furniture and decoration is more appropriate for a school dormitory it is not adequate for a 5 star hotel. The SPA is fabulous and the room service is very good and quick. The restaurants and breakfast are very good. The hotel occupies two buildings which are joined by a complicated stair and passage arrangements. This hotel is not good value for money we will not stay here again

Fantastic hotel. Didn’t really leave other than to ski as had everything for us and the kids. Staff were really helpful. Will be looking to come back next year. Excellent value for money.

Outside pool was an extra not mentioned on hotels. com website or in the hotel itself. Breakfast was at best lukewarm with the fresh eggs and pancakes gone by the second day, wouldnt say it was 5 star. Good location for the centre in summer.

Decoration it is just ok for a, five stars. Too much children's in the spa, it is not a relaxing zone. The hotel it is a in the city , but few kilometers from the city center. Breakfast ok, good quality, with a big variety of sweets, and meals, but no natural orange juice.
