The aparthotel was very cosy and welcoming, even though we arrived at night. Parking underneath the hotel was free, secure and well lit with direct lift access up to the rooms, which was handy for moving luggage. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and reasonably clean, however it was very dimly lit (just not enough lights) and the shower cubicle was missing a door panel (presumably broken but not fixed) rendering it unusable. Thankfully there was also a bath with overhead shower that we used instead. We found the apartment quite cool and couldn't work out how to turn the (underfloor?) heating on. The road noise was quite loud, so had we needed a window open it would have been difficult to sleep. Beware the mattresses are rock hard! We found the location good for using the RER A to get into central Paris each day, with Cergy Prefecture only a 15 minute walk away and trains every 20 minutes with tickets €5 adult one way.

the stay at the hotel was very nice for me, the workers make you feel like family, I really recommend it.

They did not come and clean up the rooms, they said every seven days they would come and clean up the place, they did not provide us towels during our time staying there. And they did not refill the shampoo and body wash for shower, their did not refill our paper towel for drying the hands. The breakfast was very poor and was not worth it for 12 euros. They had rugs everywhere around the hotel and some of them were wrinkled/folded and my friend carrying the breakfasts fell down because of that, the mug broke and cut her foot which then started to bleed. No one offered or provided any medical assistance they only handed a first aid kit to do it herself, our friend that is a doctor came to help

The room I got was nice and specious that is what i like, however there was no hairdryer in that room. They did not empty the garbage while 4 days I was there. We did not get paper toilet. And the receptionists were very rude and not helpful at all. I had been in this Hotel before they change the name of the hotel there was air conditioner, however this time looks like they have disconnected them.

Best place to stay in Cergy Pontois! Very spacious rooms with kitchen and seating area. Excellent WiFi and a very nice lobby to work or just hang out. Walking distance to Cergy Port where you can find many nice restaurants. Very friendly front desk staff! Highly recommend!

Breakfast could have been a little better. But very nice apartment with comfortable bed . Will definitely here again during my next Paris visit

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and the living areas also. We really appreciated the extra space and free underground parking. There was a fully equipped kitchen and it is only a short 10 minute walk to the harbour for restaurant and drinking options. However, the construction or design of the building has the reception area trapping the heat feeling more like a sauna and stifled air. When in the apartment, the room facing the inward part was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in that room. Furthermore, breakfast was a mess, with selected offerings, but often items were slow to be replenished.

Cowool is a cool place for a family to stay. It is unique, the room layouts work well. There could be more attention to detail - our hotplate did not work, the bathroom lights switched each other off, there is too much ambient light that passes through the interior facing bedroom window.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year. This was the first time we were disappointed with the comfort of the room: It was a narrow corridor, leading to a tight area where the bed was situated. The room was very dark. There was no kettle in the kitchenette, but one was provided by the reception on request. A common negative remains the breakfast. Some one hour before breakfast stops being served, several of the items are finished without being replenished. This makes the additional amount for the breakfast a poor value for money. Unless one is an early riser, going for breakfast before 9 am during the weekend.

Wonderful place overall, especially for visiting the local universities…The family apartment is spacious, modern and well appointed. I would have liked a beer or glass of wine from the bar after long days…which was only open once during our four day stay…

Very interesting hotel/hostel. Probably aimed at a youngish market. Helpful staff. Masses of space. Comfortable beds. Kitchen equipment basic. Sound proofing could be better. Ground floor rooms still extremely warm from the underfloor heating.

Negatives: definitely not a 4 star hotel, rooms have some imperfections and they would need some upgrades to meet expectations. The breakfast has a limited range of selection (I was surprised after reading other reviews which claimed the breakfast was great), although it might fulfill expectations for occasional travelers. During our stay the bar was closed and there was no option to purchase food or drinks (except through two vending machines with pre-made food) Positives: rooms were spacious, the hotel was clean, staff was nice and there were little to no issues. Parking was easily accessible and transferring luggage to our rooms was convenient through a nearby elevator (parking was for free during our entire stay).

Nice apartment, modern

The floor heating system is not working properly, it was continuing running and caused the floor and room temperature very hot and stuffy. They knew the problem as there is a little old fan provided, it is ridiculous to keep rent out the room even know there is a big ventilation problem.

This was a family trip, and I had booked 2 double rooms. On arrival, we checked the rooms but the temperature was too high. The receptionists and mostly AB was great and listened to our concern by changing our rooms. So, great customer service! The hotel has a great atmosphere and quite modern. The only negative point was related to the breakfast and it’s quality. When arriving for breakfast on the two mornings there was no scrambled egg left and had to require to prepare some more. There was only 2 small croissant left and here again had to ask the staff for some more. There was only 1 yogurt left, so no choice. Staff at the reception need to be more proactive and prepare ahead. I travelled by car and their parking is safe and accessible via a lift. The area is quiet and inside the room is of good quality. Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel for my next stay. But please do something about the rooms temperature and the breakfast quality.

I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights here, one for me and one for my Colleague, and this hotel charged both to my credit card so effectively i paid for my colleagues room as well as my own. It took a long time to sort this at the reception desk when checking out as no-one seems to know what they are doing. On another note - do not book breakfast here - it is awful. Hardly anything on offer and what is there is very poor quality. not the hotel it used to be since it changed ownership.

Hotel is in good condition and easy to find. Rooms are very clean. On the down side, there is no AC in the rooms, just in the lobby, so tough on hot days/nights. Also, limited food in the hotel or around it for a quick snack/bite.

The room was a lot smaller than it showed in the photos, which was disappointing. And doesn't seem very eco friendly. They had loads of mobile air conditioning units in what seems like it was meant to be a passive building. It's a was fine overall, but we probably won't be back.
