Ive been working away from home for 10 years now, this is by far the worst. Avoid like the plague.

The photos that are on the site are old, so apart from the number of beds you matched with the photos, everything left looked nothing like the ad! Dirty room with the smell of mould, stains everywhere on the walls, old painting, old furniture, terrible shared bathroom has no words! Don't stay there, unless you want a terrible experience!

To far from city centre and the bathroom was so dirty

Its appalling. No sink in the room working. Disgusting place to ever visit and wooden staircase and floor makes horrible noise. Paint work, door frames, doors, sink, furniture. It all looks like being reused/repainted since it was first fitting. I wish I could give zero star to the property. Don't know why it's listed on a decent site like hotels.com. I know it's cheap, but it's pointless when nothing works, and it's like an animal shed. Resident permits parking all around the place, and you can only park at the entrance of the road after 6 pm. All the neighbours around are loud, and throughout the night, you'll hear them shouting. It's not a hotel... simple.

Inside it was shabby and whilst not dirty was very much in need of a paint job. Ive stayed in many such places and I’d rate this one between the poor and fair. No lift. No parking without a permit directly outside (cheap parking (50p for 3 hours, free 7pm-7am) at end of street but not always space). Shower rail, downstairs and along corridor broken but could make it work, towel provided was postage stamp sized - it wouldnt cover you walking from room to shower!!!!!. My sheets/pillow smelled slighlty of tobacco smoke but the room didnt. Its par for the course for this kind of place and location - not the best, but cheap and tolerable for one night.

It was so run down I could not stay there. I have used expedia for years This is the worst hotel I have been to I had to go elsewhere I expect a refund or I shall not be using expedia in the future John Jestico

This room was awful, all furniture was broken. Their were stains running down the walls. A sunken floor board. Smelly stained carpet. Bathroom filthy and whole place is a run down hovel. Broken sink tap.

Place looked and smelt old, cracks in ceiling, windows don't close, two plugs didnt't work

Everything in this building is old, leaking pipe, my light switch off in the middle of the night and you can smell the carpet as if it’s all soaked with water. I regret ever coming here with my family when l was asked to shear a toilet with other people after paying such a huge amount of money for two night. My last night was more terrible when l heard someone shouting and people running up and down at the staircase at about 04:15, when l later asked them what happened, l was told that a pipe burst in the toilets and they tried to sort it.

I did not stay, as I booked for 3 people and there was only 1 bed, it was very dirty and people where smoking in the building

It was in bad condition, everything was broken. The only good point was the lady working there.

It was wasn’t to the standard,no light in toilet, no drinking water ,smell of sewer in passage, overall we where not happy with this place, we would not recommend to anybody.

Always felt welcome staying here, very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. Always at hand. Great nights sleep. Very quiet area and hotel. Thank you

I am sure when I booked on line it said there were 2 singles beds and a pull out bed which was what we required as we had a baby of 5 months. I wouldn't have booked otherwise. When we got there we had just 2 single beds. The gentleman gave use a new duvet to put on the floor for the baby. The bathroom facilities were a bit tired. The room was cramped. There wasn't much room between the bed and the wall as you went into the room. It was more a single room than a double. They were very helpful regarding parking.

We checked in very tired and wanting to get in the room and I was asked for id, showed a card and was told it had to be photo id as per terms of the booking. I said there was no mention of this anywhere and showed the booking email which was examined at length. I explained I had prepaid and just wanted to check in as at this point I thought I was not going to be able to and I was concerned as the booking was non refundable. We were allowed to check in but no apology. The room was fine apart from the peeling wallpaper on one wall. Next day I was sat on the bed getting ready to check out when a key turns in the lock and a guy comes in the room, says sorry and aaks if I am checking out. Bearing in mind the stay was for myself and a child. Thankfully I was dressed. He did help me with my luggage down tbe stairs. Overall though asour taste to our stay.

overall ok for one night stay, the motel is cheap so cannot complain too much

Was rather disappointed, first I couldn't get into the place, took about half an hour after trying to ring the number which was on the door for people to check in , I only got in as one of the other guests was coming out!!!! good job it wasn't raining :( The room was ok, the bathroom was ok too but the shower cubicle/screen was filthy, so I gave it a miss, as for sleeping at night that just didn't happen, first there was some kind of alarm beeping every 30 seconds then another one every 2 minutes, then there was a helicopter hovering nearby for about an hour, then people leaving very early in the morning and could hear everything, i was so tired, was glad it was only for 1 night , got my breakfast in town, was handy for what i wanted it for, wont't be back x
