Loved the amenities in the room I was in a suite corner loved it

Nice room, cool lobby area, up to date gym and nice pool to lounge at. Valet is $50 per day and there is no real safe parking nearby to leave a car overnight. Also, no complimentary breakfast.

Staff was amazing! Location was perfect. Room was lovely.

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff from the front desk to the housekeeping, to the lounge and pool were all very attentive and friendly. We also enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer

Definitely not up to “W” standards

The stay at the W hotel was wonderful. We stayed two weekends in a row. We were greeted with smiles and a cold glass of hydrating water. Train station is within a 5 min walk. Theres plenty of eateries aroumd the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beware!! Expedia did an option for 26 a day for parking but i was charged 55 a day and told because expedia didnt add it so they can change it. Also they didnt have my room available so i had to take a King size room when i very much needed a double room.

10 min walk to convention center and 7 min walk to the Museums.

Chrvkef in staff did not inform me that the water was out in the hotel. Water didn't come back on until I was checking out the hotel leaving. they didn’t offer a discount or anything

One of the best hotel I been too

We had to call maintenance because our shower was backing up. The hotel was very noisy. It was like being in an apartment where you can hear the people in the hallway, next door and above you. We could hear banging and water running. There was also a baby crying. It was at all hours of the night and early mornings around 3-8am. I've never been able to hear so much commotion at a hotel. You had to pay for valet parking which was outrageous so we parked across the street. It was not up to my expectations. I won't return to this particular hotel. I did like how responsive the hotel was, but there were so many things i did not like i just kept them to myself and just decided not to return.

Electrical issues. Half the power outlets did not work. One day an outlet would work and later that day or the next it wouldn’t and you’d have to try another. 5 day stay

The property is conveniently located to attractions and dining, but it is not a family friendly property. To our surprise, the wall separating the bathroom from the bed is made of glass, opaque but unless one turns off the light in the bathroom, one is backlit, and one’s shadow can be seen showering. Not a feature we cared for as a family of four sharing a room with two queen beds. The walls are painted a dark purple, and show signs of wear, especially in the entry and bathroom. There were stains on some of the towels and sheets. We also had to request towels as we had accepted the no housekeeping offer during our stay, but it took three requests and 24 hours to get the towels. The pool area was one wild adult party after another, which could be a feature for some, but not pleasant for us as a family with a child under 9. All in all, not a great stay for us.

The rooms are spacious. Breakfast facilities limited. Two small bar areas: one without staff at daytime, one opened at about 3 pm. Staff not very helpful / friendly.

This was by far our worst experience with a hotel situation. Offered an early check in which was not honored and the staff made me feel like the problem was mine. We arrived early for our check in, were told the room wasn’t available due to cleaning services and didn’t have records of my early check in request. I had the proof to show which was ignored and then we finally got into our room after calling Expedia customer service to find out why it still wasn’t ready. There was another family that arrived after us and asked to get into a room sooner and when we were finally given access to our room this family was coming out all ready for their event and we were still being punished for what- accepting an early arrival and not being honored with our request. Not accommodating at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This was not only embarrassing, disrespectful and unprofessional in a situation that I shouldn’t have been placed.

Didn’t get the room I paid for. Hotel was pretty disappointing

Unfortunately, this W hotel was not a good stay. We were in town for business and the hotel manager Walter was less than accommodating. It seems like he doesn’t put his guests first. The only great experience was the young lady who checked us in, Erica. She set a great expectation for our stay but unfortunately it went down hill. From the cleanliness of the room to the bartender at the bar. I believe her name was KEDA. She was absolutely rude and dismissive. I would honestly had fired her after she interacted with my group and other people at the bar. This hotel has the potential to be a decent hotel but they surely should clean house with the staff and hire people who are actually dedicated and passionate about quality and hospitality.

I enjoyed my time here

I wanted the room with the spectacular view. I was on the 4th floor. No view. They did not have one available. Also the alarm went off right before midnight. Only to go downstairs and find it was a false alarm. This was told after about 5 minutes trying to find out what was going on. I was slightly disappointed since this was my first visit to the W.

The Hotel is in a great part of Atlanta close to lots of restaurants and it has an Amazing Lobby Bar.
