There were roaches the second we stepped in the room.

My mom and I always enjoyed staying here many times before and never had an issue until this reservation. We got there late at night after 7.5 hours of driving, we tired and wanted to eat our dinner. We get into the room and immediately discovered multiple roaches roaming on the table and the bathroom. We decided to stick out and I was awaken my the sensation of roach crawling on top of my head. I took a picture of the one we stepped on in the bathroom for proof. Reported it to the lady at the reception desk. Only to receive an empty apology and the promise the manager would contact me to compensate me for the poor customer service. Have yet to receive a phone call and I do not think it will come. But I wanted to leave this review for others. I usually got rooms on the 3rd floor with no infestation. This time it was the 2nd floor. My only advice is if you still wish to book a room here, insist upon a room on the 3rd floor in my opinion.

Too many roaches in the restroom. And behind the curtain. I told the receptionist but dismissed my comment with a smile. So maybe she knows there's a small roach infestation.

The room was great very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet which is great when I drive far I like it to be quiet. Restaurants are nearby the hotel and also close to my family.

They expected us to stay at their motel with no hot water I asked for my refund and they said no I said you will give me my refund and they gave me my refund immediately they expected us to stay at their hotel with no hot water when I made my hotel to stay there they did not say they had no hot water or I would have never reserved for 2 days but I got my money back but I would never go back there again

No hot water. Shower curtain did not close. Floor was uneven. There was hairs on the bed. No room service.

Smells dirty as soon as you walk in. The hallways had trash outside the rooms and it was still there the next day. The beds are on wheels but they don’t clean under them. There was a dirty sock under one of our beds. NO HOT WATER. That was the biggest disappointment. How do you not have hot water? If you’re thinking about it, don’t stay.

Our room was terrible. It had mold in the restroom and had so much trash under the bed. The room had a funky smell of mold. Ac unit didn’t cool so was very hot in room . Multiple guys outside smoking marijuana and offering me and my kids some for sale.

We enjoyed our stay here, very quiet and comfortable. This is our second time staying, only thing we didn’t like was that the a/c was not working for reception, floor hallways and elevator. Room was great and clean.

The room was good got service immediately when I checked in. Other than that it was quiet and bed were comfortable and there were many channels to choose from to watch tv and movies.

Payed for a room for 3 nights and was specific with renting a double bed room since I was traveling with wife and kids , when I show up they tell me that they are sold out , even though I had payed ahead of time for my room . After 30 min later they where able to get me on a 2 bed room ..
I had payed for 3 days , on the second day which was Easter, the hotel calls me to come get my belongings that where in the room still . I try to explain to them that I payed for 3 nights and they keep telling me no . I had to drive for 1 hour to go show them in person my receipt of the reservation . Not to mention that there was people outside hotel entrance smoking weed and drinking all night . Over all had a very bad experience .Will recommend you staying anywhere but here . Hope this review can help a person or two out .

I saw people hanging out in lobby that didn’t stay there n I didn’t feel safe but that hotel is the closest to my family events

Room had a roach and bath tub faucet had issues. People next room over were loud from 1:30am-3:30am and when trying to call front desk phone I. Room does not work. Room was clean/staff was nice. No problem staying here again.

Normally in Laredo, it’s hard to find clean hotels. This hotel impressed me. The staff was friendly helpful and down right amazing. We stayed here for 3 full weeks and they asked how we were doing and if we needed anything every single day. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Keep up the good work and hopefully you all will become the best place to stay at.

Place was clean and comfortable, but there’s a slight smell of sewer as soon as you walk in the building. It’s not as bad in the room, but I could still smell it. Staff were courteous, but communication was minimal.

The staff wasnt polite and as soon as we walked in there was an odor of dirty carpet and of restroom poop my allerfies got triggeted and had to wear a mask and use inhaler

I was not satisfied with the cleanness of the hotel, when I was going to take a bath the towel that was on the edge of the bathtub seemed like it was not cleaned, it was full of hairs and it looked dirty and the sink in the room was dirty(dusty) and that was the second room we got because the first room we had gotten stunked really bad, I thought about taking pictures of the nasty room but I just thought to myself no need for that I just won’t come back to this place😡
