Stench of Weed on the floor. Didn’t feel safe with the “Placement Guests”. Dirty pool area. Felt like I was staying in a shelter. LEFT AFTER FIRST NIGHT DIDNT STAY FOR 2nd NIGHT

Our checkin was a bit slow, but the staff was very apologetic and moved our room to a quiet floor following the checkin of a very large family. The facility is average. That’s to say neither great nor terrible. The staff responsible for the breakfast buffet was a bit snarky and very loud. She yelled at my husband for daring to grab his bagel without tongs. Told him she had to throw them all out now (she never did). She also snarked at us for beginning to serve ourselves at 5:58 (two minutes early). As we were leaving she said “y’all have a nice day now” and my husband did not hear her clearly (he did not have his hearing device in yet), he chuckled in response and she loudly called after him “well, ok then!” It was very awkward. The front desk staff was super friendly. We found wrappers in the elevator in both the morning and the evening.

The place was dirty, they didn't give us room service, they didn't have towels, they removed Curtain from the bathroom and it smelled a lot of cigarettes

I stayed in a handicap accessible room even I did not request it. It was all that was available. The room needed to be refreshed - ceiling paint peeling. Bathroom vanity tile missing in front just a piece of wood, carpet near window detached . No iron or ironing board in the room.

Always people smoking, walking back and forth outside talking loudly on their phone right by the door. Someone was working on their car in the parking lot. So many people behind the front desk all talking at once and distracting check in. They were nice (as a high note).

The staff was friendly but the property needs some updating. In our room the refrigerator didn’t work and the toilet seat was about to fall off.

Had a rocky start but the staff was on point. Our AC unit broke and we had to be moved to a different room. It happens. Asha, without any hesitation, had us in another room within minutes without resistance or questions. Her responsiveness was absolutely perfect and is exactly what you should expect when an issue like this arises. Thank you!

The hotel staff did everything they could to keep us comfortable giving the hotel was at.capacity for family day and graduation. We appreciated the breakfast attendant making sure we had a hot breakfast and coffee as early as she could possibly get it to us since we all had to leave early.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. However, it was so very warm the first night and even with the AC on 65 I don’t think it got to that temperature until the middle of the night when it was that temperature outside. The top lock was missing on the door and the bottom lock wouldn’t turn completely. It seems like the door had been kicked in at some point because you had to shove it closed as well.

We have stayed here in the past and will likely stay again. First time visit was very clean but this most recent had a few issues (missing tv remote, broken toilet paper dispenser). Close to dining and USC.

The cleaners came in and took dirty towels and didn't leave more other than one large towel. No washcloths or hand towels even though I asked for them when she came to clean and asked downstairs as well when I was going out that evening. They did not refill the shampoo container on the wall when I told her it was empty. We stayed two nights and no clean cups or bed made after the first night.

Rm key cards didn’t work well, refrig did not work, tv remote did not work except for off/on, juice machine for breakfast did not work. Food was ok. No iron. No “do not disturb sign”. Plus-Replaced my refrig with new, replaced rm key, provided new iron, provided “do not disturb” sign. All promptly

We booked this hotel because it says its "pet friendly". When checking in I asked if it would be possible to get a room on the first floor making it easier to take our 6lb Chihuahua to the bathroom. The clerk then informed me they didn’t accept pets & when i showed him that this site said they did he told me I'd have to pay an extra $150.00. I told him no way well he couldn't refund due to 3rd party booking. After going back & forth for awhile it was late & we just needed a place to sleep overnight on our way home I offered him $50.00 cash & he said ok.

Air conditioning was not on and the room was 90 degrees. AC was barely working with no hope of cooling room. A palmetto big roach was crawling up the curtain. Staff was rude - said we should just wait for the room to cool off. This was the first time in my life that I left a hotel. Disgusting place - don’t stay here!

The only real problem we had was the breakfast. The coffee dispenser did not work on one container. The other would run out quickly and it seemed to take an eternity to brew more. The waffles only had “lemon” flavor available.

Run down and one of the rooms they tried to give me had clearly been broken in to. There was pry marks at the latch on the outside. The pool was cloudy and nasty looking. During my stay they had more than half of the parking lot closed and were threatening to tow vehicles. The section where you could park none of the exterior doors would open with your room key. The only way we could get in was if the pool door was propped open with a rock. The morning of check out almost all the staff was outside smoking and being obnoxious.
The beds and breakfast were okay.
