Close to downtown, but in a shady area.

Hotel is going through renovations. The hotel is in an industrial type area. The room was not as clean, specially the bathroom. The breakfast options are very limited.

Just the area was run down. The first thing we noticed as we pulled into the lot is the raggedy curtains hanging from the windows! Like cats had ran a many days up and down them!!

The staff was friendly and helpful

No one was at the Main office at check out.

Disappointed that it wasn’t actually downtown, my fault for not double checking. Was not in a safe area in ST Louis, even the Uber driver's warned us. The room was decent, clean & comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would not stay again because of location

I was not informed it was in a sketchy part of town. The picture of the room on sight is not by any chance how rooms look like. The curtain for my room was hanging off and i had to fix that. Staff at front desk checking in wad very rude.

Room was clean but but building really needs to be updated. Surrounding area is very industrial and dilapidated.

It was gross inside and outside, plus unsafe and in a completely dilapidated area that's not actually close enough to the current St. Louis downtown to be called "downtown". It was very disappointing, and if I had proper internet to read reviews before booking, I never would've stayed there. Also, they charged us to check-in a little early, when they should just be happy someone is staying there. The price for my Expedia package was grossly inappropriate.

Terrible stay. Lady at the front desk when we checked in was very rude! Loud noise all night, and room smelled awful ! Will not stay again nor recommend to anyone. Actually I will tell people to stay anywhere but here!

The hotel is in an impoverished and unsecured environment. There was no water to drink and even one to buy because the only vending machine there was not working. The reception area smells. The only working escalator is very slow and smells of drugs, alcohol, and cigars. It looks like the hotel is used as a shelter for the homeless or broken ones. Very bad experience. Instead of staying for 3 nights, I checked out the following morning and I have not received my refund as I write (7 days today)

Not a nice section of town but convenient off of I-70 after a long day of travel

Check in was easy and the hotel was nice and clean

The window view was over a rotted out greenhouse or old industrial building. The bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain and the tub drain was missing a cover and jagged. The receptionist and the janitor fought in the foyer for at least an hour starting at midnight and would not quiet down. We were supposed to stay for multiple nights but left after the one night and are still fighting to get our money back. Horrible service all around!

Neighborhood was scary. Lots of abandoned buildings, all roads had potholes. No places to eat in the area or within walking distance. Staff was friendly especially Nancy

No pool and the mattress springs were uncomfortable. There wasn’t much to choose from with the breakfast buffet. The staff however were very friendly.

When we checked in and got to our room the bathroom was filthy. I cleaned it myself because at that point housekeeping could not be trusted. Proving this, each day our room was serviced, they sid a VERY lackluster job. The hallways have a strange odor. The vestibule makes voices carry so all night hotel staff could be heard talking loud and laughing, continuously waking us up. Finally, the hotel is located in a sketchy industrial area.

Property was recently renovated so that made it nice with a clean feel. Staff was courteous. While close to downtown, it's in a warehouse district. While I did walk the approximate two miles to center of downtown, most would likely prefer to drive.

This hotel is freshly remodeled on the inside. The outside, and surrounding area is very much less than ideal. It is in a very rundown and mostly deserted area of town. We were very reticent to stay in the area once we arrived. Our stay was fine. Breakfast was lacking but was free and there was food kept well-stocked (if you want carbs, toasted carbs, carbs with syrup, or carbs in milk for breakfast). My issue comes when I had checked out and left my boots in the room (my fault, I realize). I called the hotel a few hours later to ask them to hold the boots for a friend still in town to pick up. They said there was nothing left. I asked them to check again, they said they’d check with the house keeping supervisor. The person who answered the phone got back on the line and told me the housekeeping supervisor found nothing in the room either. This is frustrating because that is a blatant lie. My $200 boots were left in that hotel room, as all 3 members of my party can attest to. I’m not asking them to ship to me or do any additional work other than just leave them at the desk to be picked up. Because of this, I won’t be staying here or any other Days Inn/Wyndham properties ever again.

The room smell, cigarettes and weed and carpet and bathroom was dirty . The refrigerator make a really loud noise we turn it off ,couldn't use it .For the smell in the room the staff use aire fresheners and I told them to leave it in the room and they refuse and the second time I complain about the smell in the room the woman who came to the room at 10pm was rude and told me if I did not like it I should go to another hotel. She was rude and make fun of me .The breakfast was only waffles and coffee. No creamer no eggs JUST waffles. The worse was THIS CHILDREN IN THE ROOM ABOVE mine 207 WAKE ME UP AT 7 am THEY WERE RUNNING LIKE IT WAS A PLAY GROUND. THE HOTEL SHOULD GIVE THEM A FIRST FLOOR ROOM NOT A THIRD FLOOR. THEY WERE LOUD, KEEPT RUNNING Screaming and crying . I call the reception was the same mean woman and she just ask me my room number and the noise never stop .i told her I will give them a bad review and she reply the i don’t scare her. Left the room laughing . They building around the hotel were burn old or destroy . Scary place . Not what they advertised in the website
