Fire alarm woke me up

The staff are exceptional. They treat you like family and often go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

I couldn’t even get into my room because they said the third party canceled my reservation, terrible at bare minimum so I had not room and money in the hole

I had reserved a stay at the WoodSpring suites from Monday the 22 and checkout Saturday 27 and the customer service was so horrible I checked out early .

the room has cockroaches, the tv, microwave did not work at all.the customer service lady at the lobby was very nice.

Air conditioner and air filter were absolutely disgusting...probably a 1/4 inch of dust and mildew on thw filter. It was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Pubic hairs in the bathtub, on the toilet, and some non puboc hair on the pillow and bed. I spent hours cleaning before I was able to relax. Absolutely disgusting. There noise is horrible! You can hear everyone around you.

Three fire alarms went off during the stay. No fires. Room locks barely work. Cockroaches.

When we got to the hotel there were people in the parking lot making a fire in a grill, a person falling due to having one to many drinks and to top it off in the room was a dead roach in the bathtub, one crawling down the wall and one on the table. We immediate left and did not stay! And we did not receive a refund!

My only issue was that it was an extended stay, but I had to buy my own pots, pans, plates, silverware etc. But other that, the staff was very nice and quite friendly..

The wonderful pretty lady at the front desk made me day checking in and out she remembered me and asked how the concert was , and has a beautiful smile , I will definitely stay here again because of her

Check in staff was great. Elevator extremely slow. Electronic door lock was testy, as it took at least 10 swipes to open. Cabinet door was completely missing. For a newer property it was disappointing.

The rooms are bare and very minimal and worn furniture. The rooms real of smoke. Rooms do not have much insulation- you hear everything from inside and outside.

Overbooked and didn’t tell me until i tried to go into my room. Didn’t offer a refund or try to find somewhere else for me to stay.

Terrible! Smelled like urine and everything was one thing after another. I didn’t want to sleep under the covers or take a shower. It was so awful.

Rooms and hallways smelled terrible! Someone drug trash through what I guess was the lobby then when I told the person there about it she said she was busy and will get it later!! It is amazing how this hotel has went down hill! I brought my girlfriend here to visit SC and this was her first impression of SC definitely not a good look!

Floor was sticky. Shower head was not what is pictured on line. Toilet continued to run. Clock didn't work and no phone for wake up call. There was a $2.94 charge but they wouldn't take cash. Lights were set up where it was difficult to figure out. One switch had to be on for the other to work. Fan in the bathroom not a separate option from light an very loud. Check in took about 25 minutes. No one at the desk - called the number and that person had to call someone else. Then 2 people came and the one was around the wall trying to talk to me and couldn't hear her - never interacted other than talking around the wall. Remy was personable and was nice. No ice. No handtowel.

Room had roaches and when I told the front desk lady, she was on her phone and gave me another room. The room had one bed with just a plastic cover no blankets. The rude lady told me to go back to the room where the roaches were at. I decided to leave and they told me I would get a refund. I got a charge for $104 that I will not pay since I did not use the room. The hotel personel asked me to reach out to Hotels.com which are not helpful at all.

The price was affordable and the location was convenient.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in.

Great staff and clean

Booked and paid for non-smoking room, even paid insurance to make sure I had a non-smoking room. When I arrived was told they had no rooms but a single smoking room. Room had no toilet paper, the cabinets in the kitchenette are peeling, burn marks on the wall above stove. No closet, no safe, the list good go on. Also blinds in room installed backwards so difficult to get them down and closed cause the pull strings are facing the window.

The staff was completely useless. While standing in a smoke group out front, the staff watched me and two other guests walk in and no one attended to us for a minimum of 10 minutes. The room looked and smelled awful. I asked to speak with a manager three times and was never put in touch with them. And when I went to check in at the allotted time of 3:00 p.m. I was told no rooms were ready and not to come back until after 4:00. I stayed one night of my seven nights stay and never went back. I asked for a refund several times in which they kept saying the manager would get back to me and no one ever did.

This place is a wreck. Dirty. Not worth it at any price.

I had a reservation for this hotel for three days. I requested handicap friendly room. I checked in and was told they didn't have any. I made do with what they had. Once I got to my room I discovered the toilet was leaking water on the floor. I reported the issue but it was never addressed. The whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was posted no smoking, The door access to the hotel only worked half the time and I had to wait until someone would let me in to get to my room half the time. Customers had to wait sometimes over an hour for the staff to be at the desk to check in or out. After two days of this and a bad storm coming I decided to go home one day early and was told that since I prepaid there would be no refund for the day I did not use. I will never use this hotel again.
