glorious pool bar right on beach room is luxurious

Recently renovated colonial style resort/hotel with large rooms. Staff is absolutely wonderful, some of the many that come to mind are Ice & Kawee, Non & Tom. Beds were very comfortable with large oversized pillows. Towels were thick & fluffy. The resort was immaculate, staff worked hard to keep it exceptionally clean in all areas. Our room faced the pool in the center of the resort, it was never busy. There is a main pool area located across a busy road however the resort has two crossing guards to ensure everyone's safety as they cross the road. This is the resort's main pool & beachfront access area with lots of lounge chairs & a smaller children's pool with a water slide. It's lovely & includes a bar/restaurant as well as access to paddle boards. The beach in front of the resort is ok, however there is a long walkable beach to the right (facing the water) with great swimming. Breakfast is served in a dining area at the center of the resort where all the rooms area in a lovely relaxing area. There were lots of options with several hot dishes, breads, cereal, yogurt & fresh fruit, a grill for eggs, bacon etc. They had (3) coffee machines juices, water & chocolate milk.There was definitely something for everyone. We didn't eat dinner at the resort altho food looked delicious. There are lots of great local restaurants nearby. I used the gym several times while we were there, it was never busy & was open 24/7. There's a nice games room with ping pong, billiards & air hockey.

A great place to stay , on the edge of Lamai , a mile from the centre of the strip. Excellent amenities, beautiful pools. The staff are very friendly and so welcoming, great advice for surrounding areas etc… Also walking distance to Silver beach where the sea is very clear and warm.

Place was well kept bed comfortable and room quiet.The staff always helpful, pools clean buffet breakfast fantastic.Great restaurants all around you with fresh fish to your liking.The crossing guards had the hardest job so thankful for them so people can go to the beach,Had dinner and drinks the first and last night at Edgewater and the quality of the food and drinks were not there.

Absolutely not a 5 star hotel lol. 3*. And not a resort either haha! The main pool is across the main dangerous road, handled by another company. The pictures are extremely old. Rooms and areas are outdated. Broken tiles, dirt marks everywhere. Dining area is all open so all the lovely mosquitoes join you for food. Room floorboard creeks. You only get 2 water bottles per day. Breakfast is standard 3* chain basic food. Staff are lovely and helpful. Cleaning staff can only do so much. Whole hotel needs to be urgently renovated. Rooms smell of damp when raining. Bathrooms exteremly small and icky. Absolutely nothing good or nice surrounding this hotel. Basically like a Blackpool bed and breakfast.

Great experience here. One of our best trips as a family. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay. Good location. Quiet. However the pool closes early at 7pm, could be better if 8pm.

Pool was great, property a bit dated compare to the pictures on website… overall the stay, quality of food, services, lack of in room toiletries unless requested and location of the property makes it 3 of out 5

The Outrigger was excellent in every way. Check in was easy and all property staff was welcoming, very kind and exceptionally accommodating. Our rooms were very clean, large and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was amazing. We would definitely love to return!

An oasis in Thailand. The property, rooms, pools, beach access, safety, staff -all exceptional.

Air-conditioning was way too loud. We swapped rooms but after two nights of no sleep, we arranged to cancel last two nights and went elsewhere. Hotel itself is lovely but if you are one that needs quite room to sleep, find another Hotel. Otherwise everything else was good.

Beautiful resort in LaMai beach! Beachfront pools were incredible and beach was great. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful resort next to the beach. I love the White House style design. Our room was spacious, separate living area. Lounge was great with cocktail hour. Location is in between chaweng n lamai. Laundry machine next door is convenient. But everything else would be approx10 mins walk, rent a bike is very hardly there. Staffs are very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like is the breakfast section. Below average.

Recommend Outrigger beach resort Samui. New build 2022, friendly staff, easy access, everything superb.

This resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff were. Super friendly & helpful and even gave us an unexpected upgrade for our honeymoon. It was a true 5 star resort. Would love visit more outrigger resorts after staying here.

Hotel design is pretty and quite, room and service very good. Food choice is limited and far from town center.

I’ve been to this property before and loved it hence why I went back won’t be back again hotels shouldn’t be open for guests as it is going through renovations

Rooms were nicely updated,clean and very spacious! Staff are extremely helpful and attentive to your needs, looking forward to returning in the years ahead!

Everything and everyone was excellent. Staff was very attentive to any needs. We are considering having a traditional Thai wedding here. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend the breakfast. I live in NYC and the omelette at this resort in my opinion rates far better. We also had a candlelit dinner out near the ocean booked by ManaThai resort. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks again

Friendly staff, helpful, Fair location, Pricey at hotel other than when they have two for one which makes it more reasonable.

The facilities are good, it need some update in the common areas
