What a great hotel right near the beach! Very clean, spacious, great condition of everything in the room. Super welcoming and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Bonus - fantastic terrace on the rooftop overlooking the bay where one can view the sunset. Now we want to come back for more nights.

This hotel is conveniently located to everything. The free bikes to cycle on the bike path were an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

What can I say? We like the property so much. We decided to add another night. Couldn’t think of the better location. Close to the beach right around walking shopping eating area. When we booked the hotel, the guide said that sheets are not available, which was kind of weird. However, I am so glad that we decided to go on ,and take a chance anyway. The bedding in the apartment , and everything else is stocked properly. There was an easy parking for €15 a night and what really made us very happy washing and drying machine that is available. By that time we traveled quite a distance and was really too happy to wash some of our clothing. Everything is nearby and the facility is perfect. I honestly couldn’t believe our luck when we got here. If we are ever in the area, will definitely stay here again.

Not a luxury hotel but a clean functional apartment with good views from the balcony over the beach and port and close to shopping, restaurants and station for day trips. Free bikes come with the room and staff are very helpful. Exceeded our expectations.

Spotlessly clean. Well equipped apartment, cleaned daily and fresh towels. Pleasant helpful staff. Use of bikes and directly on to the cycle path. Conveniently located for supermarket, beach and town.

It’s amazing place with amazing staff working there!! Very friendly and helpful!! Safe Parking for car and big !! Clean laundry with dryer! Beautiful view out of the balcony! Closed restaurant is 50 m away !! Beach just 100 m away!! Places to see just 300 m away!! Shopping street about 500 m away! U just in the heart of Sanremo !! Veryyyyyy clean rooms !! New bathroom and shower with a lot of parfumerie!! U getting bathrobes with home Flipflops ❤️ Coffee machine, pot & pans, plates, glasses ,silverware in a kitchen and huge refrigerator!! Thank you for amazing stay!! Coming back soon for sure !!!

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Lovely apartment. Comfortable, clean and right at the marina with great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our visit, walke two hours to the Luxury Outlets when the bus, nearby takes only 15 minutes. Also enjoyed the Casino and a short train ride to Monaco/Monte Carlo.

Absolutely loved this apartment hotel! We got their room with balcony and sea view and was excellent. The apartment is very convenient located, close to beach and city center. Kitchen is well equipped. Excellent service.

We were so impressed with the modern furnishings in the apartment, they really thought of everything! The service of a hotel with the comforts of a home. Clean, comfortable, bright and airy, the only thing better than the accommodations were the staff. So friendly, they spoke perfect English and greeted me by name at every occasion. We were able to do our laundry, take their bicycles out, sit on our patio and be amazed by the view and it’s so close to everything important. The biggest thing I can say about this residence is that we felt extremely safe. The security is excellent, there is always a staff member on hand watching the entrances. The next time we visit San Remo we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Great location, with excellent friendly staff who greeted us as soon as we pulled up in the car. Convenient and safe parking right outside, free bike use, well equipped apartment with maid and good view. Spacious roof top with free loungers to relax. Right next to lively bit of town but tucked round the corner so really is a great spot. Nothing to find fault with at all.
