There is no AC, not allowed to wide open the window, pretty bad odor from sewerage in the bathroom. TV is not included. However, they have full kitchen on the 6th floor and fridge in the room. Clean. I plugged my ears and all worked). 1-2 nights for low price, not in hot weather, will be ok.

Lovely location for a brief stay in Riga. Close to a shopping mall with everything needed for a short stay or more.

The reception staff was very helpful. The rooms were absolutely clean and the beds were comfortable. Due to the corona pandemic we had no breakfast buffet, instead we were given food bags which contained too much sugared packed stuff. The hotel is located close to the city center, 25 minutes by bus from the airport. Great!

Only one member of staff can smile it appears, the others it feels like you are not welcome. Room did not look like the one in the photos. It's cheap so I didn't expect much from the room but staff could at least act like they are glad you are there rather than check-in being an inconvenience to them.

First the positives. Location is great, right next to bus and tram routes. Also there is a very nice hedgehog themed restaurant close by. Breakfast was pretty nice. Then the negatives. Breakfast was nice, but everything was cold (even the stuff that shouldn't have been). Everything seemed to be falling apart in the room and the general feeling was that renovation was somewhat overdue. The chair cushion fell on the floor when the chair was moved, safety lock on the door was broken, sometimes there was no warm water, or water at all! When we got the room, there was a half empty cigarette case and a lighter in plain sight in the bathroom, left by a previous visitor or hotel staff which made me wonder about the cleaning job overall. Also, it was very hot outside and there was no A/C, so the room was hotter than h*ll. There was a fan in the room though, but that did not help much. Not much to do about this, but something to consider when booking a room during summer. All and all, the room was pretty cheap, but based on previous experiences I expected a lot more from a hotel with an average score of almost 8.

Hotel is fine, but not as good as expected. Rooms were rather "old". Location is perfect, though, especially if you need to travel to airport - bus stop in front of the hotel.

The best what they have there is staff.

As the hotel was the other side of the river, in the new part of Riga, it took a little while to get there from the old town. The area was quiet, with a few nice restaurants nearby. The hotel has private parking, which was good. The room was lovely, very comfortable, though the bathroom is basic. The breakfast buffet was very impressive in the morning, and it had a restaurant attached, though we didn't use it. Overall, it was a lovely hotel, especially for the price.

Nice hotel close to the Old Town (the taxi cost only 3 euros!). The hotel receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast selection includes a choice of hot food, cereals, fresh fruits, bakery and even sushi. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

The roof of the bathroom was leaking water and i believe there was mold.

I loved the stay. The hotel is great placed, has a great breakfast, the rooms were very clean and well furbished. Definitely recomment

Everything is in the name: This hotel is perfectly OK. Nothing standout. The breakfast is slightly above average, and the shower was below average. Disappointed that the receptionist wouldn't book us a table at a local restaurant. The hotel is outside the city center, but there are many public transport options taking you there in 10 minutes. The trams and busses leaves right outside the hotel door, and frequently enough that you don't need to check the schedule.

Had not so much time to enjoy, as I arrived quite late. so : I got the last parking spot. the welcome was fast and friendly, bed was excellent and even lightning was okay. so: nothing to complain. maybe there are resources to improve the breakfast, as it felt like some leftovers from last evening were served. tasty, though:) anyway: only 3 minutes drive to Kipsala even in worst traffic, so certainly worth of booking.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to the old town but out of the expensive tourist district, but there were no maps or other tourist information available at the hotel. Our room was very clean but our friends' bathroom had a bad odor throughout our stay (2 nights). The small refrigerators were not working, but the rooms were fairly large. The hall lights weren't turned on (even at night) unless we asked the staff to do so, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating once we let them know we couldn't see anything on the stair well. There was free wi-fi throughout the hotel, but the signal was too weak to reach our room on the third floor. The free breakfast was better than I expected. Soooo, a little of this, a little of that...I don't mind paying less and getting less, but we got the feeling that this place delivered a little less than advertised. Nice staff, though!
