Not really sure what it was that made me not to fond of it, but I think for the money it could have been better.

No room available

This was a very nice and comfortable place to stay on our trip. It had a very nice breakfast

everthing was great but the hot tub was cold which is a major issue

Mattress too hard.

Building had a strong odor of potentially some type of smoke. Bed not too comfortable but able to get some rest. Breakfast was okay. Overall for a quick sleep in, it was okay for the price.

Plugs on light fixtures didn’t work. No HDMI plugs. Only one nightstand. Back door lock didn’t work correctly. Smoking and BBQ in parking lot. Carpets dirty in hallway.

It was great!

Room TV didn’t work. Nothing worked in the breakfast area. No rolls. No pancakes. No sausage. No gravy. Cook said nobody in management told her how many people would be coming. Disappointed guests who were expecting food!

The guy who checked us in was nice. The elevator went up to our floor but when coming down we had to walk down the stairs to the floor below us and then take the elevator the rest of the way down and that is super ghetto. Our floor was extremely hot and with the AC in room on full blast, it still did little to make us comfortable.

Not enough towels or toilet paper in the bathroom & no bedding for the sofa bed.

Facility in need of general update and overall cleaning.

The building can use an update. It feels dated. The electric outlets in my room didn’t work. This led to my phone, dying and nearly missing my alarm. The staff was great, however. Very helpful!

Breakfast was excellent and staff was courteous and efficient.

2nd time staying here, driving from Illinois to Texas. The hotel is showing age and lack of care. No pool towels (had to ask for them at desk), ice machine broke on 4th floor (front desk continued to say there was one on that floor), plastic cups in bathroom were not sealed in wrapping, curtain hooks broke & curtain just hanging with no pull bar, bed skirt twisted, no top blanket & rest of bedding was too short (couldn't get them up to my neck), temperature in hallway on 4th floor felt like a sauna. Will look for a different hotel next trip. Tried to attach pics but wouldn't upload.

The staff was wonderful. We were met with greetings and kindness. The lobby is nice and clean. The Room; needs updated- Tiles in bathroom are broken and have sharp edges Rm 201. Wall switches have been removed, leaving only switches on each lamp. The TV - worked kind of: changing channels (looking for program) is NOT user friendly. Not a BAD room just expected more from Hotel

Extremely dirty.

Room was smelly and did not have enough towels. It also took over 20 minutes to check in. They were short handed. Out of coffee cups at breakfast.

The elevator was messed up so we had to call down to the front desk the first night if we wanted to use it to go down and apparently had been like that for over a week according to other guests and the hotel was HOT in the hallways and I had to hunt someone down for extra towels since the only left two and didn’t bring more the time we stayed there.

Nice, clean property. Rates are reasonable.

Was fine for the price. Room was a little musty smell but beds were fine for one night. Breakfast was “provided” but was completely gone by 9am even though they were to serve until 9:30.

Definitely needs to be updated. Breakfast was not good at all, not even for hotel breakfast standards.

To be a holiday inn deserve a 0 …. Needs lots of maintenance, and rooms are not that clean. Shower is liking…. The lamp is very dirty….. my room 214 smells at cigarette…. Never stay here again.

Everything was nice for the nice part. Not enough towels and breakfast was very limited for a packed out hotel. Only options were biscuit and gravy toast and special k cereal.

After I was told over the phone they would gladly swap my room I was very appreciative. I went to the front desk to grab my key and approached the counter to a women that was very inconvenienced by my presence. I told her I needed a key for both rooms to swap my stuff. With out a smile or a thanks or sympathy toward the situation she got the keys and sent me on my way. We go up (a tired mom and two young kids traveling that just want to enjoy a stay) I had to make multiple trips between rooms and things got chaotic, some how I locked my self out and had to return to the counter for another key. I walked up to the same lady present. She was leaned against a wall looking down at her phone. I stood for a few and realized I would have to grab her attention or the other two employees behind the counter. When I explained I needed another key she was not happy and responded with “I just gave you one”, yes I locked myself out. With an eye roll and a horrible attitude she proceeded to get another key and slapped the key on the counter while making sure I knew I inconvenienced her. I immediately pointed out that she was being very rude and unprofessional and I did not deserve that treatment. She looked around at her coworkers and began talking about me like I wasn’t there. “Who this lady think she is…” with many other comments. I stated that I would like a manger and of course there wasn’t one. I then said I need someone else to help me. She continued bantering in the most unprofession

This stay did not occur. We arrived at the property after many hours of traveling, just to find the building in total darkness due to a power outage. No emergency power or battery powered lights, even. Not a soul to be found. Requested and received a complete refund from Expedia

I did not like the fact that during my entire stay I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor. My room was at the very end of the hallway. You could ride to the 3rd and then walk the flight stairs to the 4th but it was very inconvenient
