Really liked this hotel. Not super updated, but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Room was larger than average with a kitchenette. Breakfast was great, I really liked the strawberry waffles. Parking was a garage shared by neaby hotels, felt safe and was a very short convenient walk to the hotel front door.

The bathroom wasn’t wiped down clean. Blow dryer & lotion bottle near sink had smudges of brown stuff. I had to wipe it down with a towel. Un-sanitary. Rug needs to be a shampoo’d very old & dirty

Beds were not comfortable for Comfort Inn. Had 2 separate reservations because we decided to go a day early and had to transfer out of first room no special accommodations made for us,really inconvenienced the next day. Parking is 10 charge ridiculous.

This is our home away from home for any concerts at SoFi, The Forum or the new Intuit Dome. It is appx 5 minutes driving to all 3 arenas. Safe, hospitable, clean, easy access, flexible to your needs whether that’s checking in early or checking out late. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you!!!

This was a great stay in LA for us (my husband and I with our kids: 3 & 5). Parking garage for the cars; nice pool to let them play in; breakfast was awesome; near a gas station to refill on excursions & fast food for a quick bite. The staff was very friendly.. the housekeeping staff even arranged the stuffed animals we'd bought on a day trip to an aquarium, on my kids' bed next to their pillows. Sweet. The other guests that this hotel drew in even became a sort of family that my kids enjoyed seeing before we went out on the day's events. All around, we loved this stay.

It smelled like cigarette and smoke in the room they put me in and it was a non smoking room and I left literally not even an hour after I checked in and he said are you sure? That he could transfer me to a double queen bed and I was like I had a king bed There was another client that was mad because the cleaning service stole his stuff and the staff wouldn’t do anything other than told him to wait until tomorrow for management or call the police

Front desk check-in was amazing - so respectful, helpful & kind. The ADA room was perfect, clean & safe. We absolutely will be returning. THANK YOU!

Staff was very helpful. Parking is a separate parking structure from the hotel but close enough. Hotel is clean and offers a decent breakfast.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times. It has always been a pleasurable stay with good customer service and friendly housekeepers. The rooms are spacious for us.

Waited for 30 mins til someone showed up to check us in, the front desk guy so rude, sat there and blank stared at me said he can’t help and told me don’t complain. Wow… room so small, air condition blowing very noisy, super cold, cannot change temperature, cannot change direction of the vent, cannot even turn it off, blowing right to our head, kept me and my kid awake all night, gave me a giant headache, we got up at 4 am and left cause we can’t stand it anymore. Absolutely horrible

Area is not safe Breakfast needs improvement, you can’t eat egg and pork everyday. Also, breakfast area need to be big in size, currently it is so narrow that people are sneezing over the food.

After reading numerous reviews and being on the fence about booking here to the questionable neighborhood, parking situation and overall appearance, I booked 2 nights here. Overall, the hotel served very well for its purpose of sleeping and showering. It may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, but the bed was comfortable, room was spacious and shower water pressure was adjustable for your preference. There was a full sized fridge and the balcony overlooked the pool. When looking at a map, the location doesn't look ideal; however, at no point during my stay did I feel unsafe or was worried about the surrounding area. The hotel was located in a little culdesac with construction of a new hotel happening across the way. I did not see a single person who appeared houseless on the street. The parking garage is not connected to the hotel, but again, the area did not feel unsafe while walking the >40 steps from the parking garage to the main lobby of the hotel. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast, waffle makers, muffins/breads, cereals, eggs and sausage patties, etc. Overall, great place if you would like to visit LA without paying the costs of LA. Only 15 minutes from Manhattan Beach and 45 minutes to Universal Studios Hollywood.

This Comfort Inn has a lot going well: new very clean bedding, comfortable bed, well maintained rooms, pleasant staff, spacious rooms, hot breakfast, kitchenettes, and affordability. Things to be prepared for: no place to park legally during check in, a cramped breakfast service area, and a parking pass to a nearby garage. Despite a few challenges, this was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come again.

This property used to be nice and the staff was nice and different before and I’ve stayed here multiple times but not anymore

1) parking was full, they rather have the customer driving all night rather than being honest about the parking situation. 2) The room in question had a draining problem, water was leaking and I almost fell was a very scary situation especially during the night. 3) The bathtub was not draining properly. It was full of water. (dirty water) 4) The question becomes what are you going to do about this awful experience. I am requesting a full refund! It's not fair that the customer has to deal with these problems.

Wendy checked is in..she was great and very friendly. They have breakfast everyday. Standard but very good. The rooms are large with a full fridge in them. I worked stay here again.

This hotel is in a poor area with zero security. The shared parking garage is disconnected from the hotel forcing you to trek your belongings along the street to the hotel. The facility itself is not adequately staffed and the buildings and rooms are old and outdated. I left after being there for an hour and went to another hotel.
