Very comfortable cabin, clean and spacious, many personal touches. Wished I owned a cabin just like it

The person checking me in did not smile, was not friendly. At first she told me they didn’t have a reservation for me. The room furniture was beat up and the door to and the walls in the bathroom were dirty. The location is convenient.

Bathroom smelled like pee. Road and nearby room noises were super loud. Basically no amenities. For $200, not worth it. Go to the nearby much better red lion for $220

It was ok for our stay a bit overpriced but there was a boat festival I guess going on. We asked to be located on the corner and they placed us next to the utility room which in the morning was very loud with the cleaning carts going back and forth. The first morning of our stay, we had no hot water. They were working on the pipes. I have no idea what happened. We woke up to a knock that water was going to be shut off. The bathroom was dim and the bathtub was less than appealing. The room smelled musty. I didn’t say he was terrible. It wasn’t one of the worst places we stayed at, but it wasn’t the best either they don’t provide room service daily housekeeping unless you are there for more than five days they don’t provide extra towels unless you ask them they don’t have no board, no so that wasn’t provided. The curtains had burn marks from maybe the dryer. They could have tried to get better ones or thrown these away, several of the rooms had curtains like this!

Great place to stay

TERRIBLE customer service. Had a very uncomfortable check in with attendant. I have never in all my years of travel received such poor customer service. I felt very unsafe after check in. Very out dated rooms and mold in shower cocking. The rooms smell. Had bugs in bathroom and the others on top of the bed. Also the tacky signs everywhere in the room and in the lobby were laughable. Like you don’t need a sign in the room saying don’t gut a fish or skin a deer and clean it up with your bath towels???? What the heck

Microwave isn’t working, appliances are all old and cheap and in poor condition. Staff did respond to our request and promptly changed the microwave but the second one didn’t work well either.

We stayed for one night and the deluxe room was perfect, very clean, comfortable with lots of space and cosy.

We had a great check-in experience. They gave us a play pen for our toddler. Plenty of parking and very close to downtown.

While my room was clean, the property is very tired and run down. The street noise was very loud and disruptive.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable! It’s a basic hotel. Our room smelled. They need to either clean the carpets or completely remove them. We’d stay here again.

The night we stayed there all rooms were booked so I could not sleep through the night because of ca people noises. However, in general the motel was good and staff was fine.

Terrible experience. unfriendly staff There was no hot water for shower. Reception guys told maintenance people will come in 15 mins but they never showed up. With an year old kid, it was a bad experience

Staff was impersonal and just getting me out of there

The property is clean and was being painted at the time of our stay. The staff seemed friendly and helpful in the limited interaction that I had with with them. The few complaints that my wife and I had are as follows: The mattress felt like a brick. It was so hard that we both woke up every morning with our backs aching. The pillows were so thin that you almost didn't know they were there. Finally the hotel gave us 2 bath towels for the entirety of our stay, which was 5 days. If even 2 of these 3 complaints were rectified I would give it an above average rating.

The sheets were stained in both beds, so we slept in the bed that was the least offensive. There were ring marks on the bedside table and the bathroom was covered in dark hair, and the toilet seat and bowl were not clean. We arrived just before the office closed , and it was too late to complain that night. At checkout, the front desk staff, just said “ok?” when we told her of the room condition. Not great for 280/ night

Very clean.

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The inside of the bathroom door was quite battered. The outside stairs needed a good cleaning and the garbage was piled up around the can.

Check in was quick & the staff was nice.our room was comfortable. All around a nice place.

Price was reasonable. Only two towels for three people. Had to ask for bedding for the couch even though reservations were for three

Great location outside of Olympic National Park. Front office staff was friendly enough. Property is old & has “old motel” vibe and “old people “ smell. Rather overpriced for room quality, but I guess you’re paying for the location. Bed was OK & sheets were clean. We could hear noise from nearby rooms. Alright for one night. We did not experience problems during our stay.

It seemed clean, but there was dust on light fixtures, dirty handprints on doors. Lamp didn't work. Dirty light switches.
