Good small room on the top floor. A but too tight for a couple. Clean place. Good location and price.

helpful and took my case up to the 3ème étage. The room was very basic. Ok for one night.

Excellent location. Close to bus station and in the heart of Old Town with amazing shopping and restaurant options. Best part of hotel was the very friendly and helpfuf staff. I arrived early and my room was not ready so my luggage was stored and I was given a tag to retrieve. I had a lovely walk in the area and when I returned, my luggage was already in my room, which was wonderful because there is no elevator/lift. I cannot say enough about the kind and helpful staff! Breakfast was also wonderful and reasonably priced. Excellent experience at Atipik Hotel!

The service I received was excellent. My room was ready early, it was clean and had a nice view, right in the centre of town. The staff were very friendly. Overall it was an excellent stay for a night in Annecy.

Atipik is a quaint hotel and while the room was small, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully. The front desk staff was always very pleasant and willing to help or give recommendations. Location was wonderful 3 min walk to train station, and dead in the center of the Old Town- which had a plethora of places to dine and explore.

Very nice, clean room. My only issue was the shower, which didn't have much water pressure. Location was central and convenient! Staff was helpful, even when checking in at 11pm.

I was looking for a hotel near Old Town with a simple room and services and found Atipik to fit my needs perfectly. Service was very helpful and this small hotel had understated rooms looking out onto the canal below in the heart of old town. Nothing fancy in the Atipik, but for the price, it offers an authentic Annecy experience.

Though a small hotel , clean n nice . Surrounded by shops n within walking to sightseeing ! Breakfast is reasonable at 10.xx euro only disappointment no egg provided .nevertheless

Clean and quiet hotel in centre of Annecy. Easy to walk to lake, restaurants and old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Parked in underground “Poste” public car park about 400m away and hotel funded overnight charges. Only negative is rooms are small, but that was known in advance. Would recommend

The Atipik is brilliantly located for a traveller on foot - five minutes to the train station, five minutes to the old town and all its shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only small downside (not an issue for me, fortunately) is that there are only stairs with no elevator to get to the rooms.

Only a short walk away from the main Annecy train station and round the corner from the old town, it's in a very convenient location. The staff are very friendly, room is neat and cozy though very basic and simple.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is everything we hope for in a place-clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The parking is fairly close to the hotel and a good bargain for overnight city parking. We loved the easy access to city center and Lake Annecy.

Very nice location...spectacular staff.On the down side...no lift,, the stairs were difficult but happily we were on the first floor so just one flight.

We loved this hotel! From the moment we checked in the gentleman at the front desk couldn't be nicer. Our room was small but clean and comfortable and we had a balcony and it was so nice to sit out there! The air conditioning was wonderfully cool and we slept so well! We were there for 2 nights and it's right at the pedestrian only area so we could walk outside the hotel to everything we wanted to see and do. The girl at the front desk was extremely friendly too and helpful and lucky for us her english was really good. She even printed off a few documents for us that we needed. We got some local craft beers from hotel lobby and enjoyed them on our balcony the last night which was really a nice surprise. The hotel kept our bags the next day while we explored and waited for our bus to Geneva. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will stay here again if we come to Annecy again!! Thank you!

Great little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Spoke very good English and they made sure our stay was excellent (for example getting us some extra pillows, cups with ice, etc). The rooms were very small, but it worked for us.
Paid a bit extra for a basic but convenient breakfast.
Parking is a bit tricky in Annecy in general. You can drive up to the hotel to unload and then we parked in the Hotel de Ville garage which was about a 5-minute walk. They gave us a voucher for the hours in the garage that were overnight, so the garage was only about €5 for a day.

Second visit, booked for three nights, confident that it would be still a great place to stay, it was. Staff yet again way above average, very helpful, very pleasent, just the best ... and although there's no air conditioning there was a large reasonably quiet fan already running in our room which was amazing .. a cool room on one of the hottest days we've had so far on our holiday

The hotel is basic but clean and was perfect for our two night stay in Annecy. The location is excellent - right in the middle of town and easy to reach the lake.

Annecy is a delightful city. As an English speaker it was a little more work, but well worth it. Food excellent and wonderful sights to see. Good walking and beautiful lake. Atipik was a perfect location for enjoying the city and surrounding area. About 2 blocks from train station and Tourist Bureau. The staff was amazing and we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. Rooms were very clean and modern.
