Small cozy place. Great for weekend gateways, my wife and I took a spontaneous trip to the white mountains and didn’t feel like driving back home so we booked a last minute room and were surprised on how down to earth it felt staying here the pool was amazing and the VIEW of the ski slopes was amazing. There’s a reason it has great reviews and I’m happy to add one more to their list

We stayed at the Kancamagus Lodge for two nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and we loved the character of the lodge. The pool and swing set were fun for our child. We also loved that there were multiple restaurants within walking distance. We were visiting Clark's Trading Post and it's less than a five minute drive. Check in and check out were easy. We are planning to stay again next summer.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. She gave us a room on the 1st floor as we requested. We were right next to the pool which was great. The room had a mysty smell but it didnt really bother us. We loved the lodge and the area. We only wished the beds were more comfortable. We would still come back.

Clean quiet. Staff super friendly. Was staying there for Laconia bike week. They even had a bike wash station set up with clean towels and soap. That was a really nice touch for bike week. Would definitely stay there again in the future. Close to many restaurants. Just a great place to stay.

There was tile in the bathroom right by the shower that was pushing away from the wall and the bathroom stunck. We kept the bathroom door shut to try to keep the smell out of the room. There was mold growing I am sure. The sheets did not fit the bed well so they bunched up a lot. We would not recommend staying here.

Check in was easy

These accommodations were simple and the location was close to some good restaurants- you can walk to a few! It is noisy if you open your windows or motorcycles go by on the main road. The smell coming from the AC was also quite musty. Staff was outstanding - friendly amd willing ti help where they could.

We most definitely will return. Everything so convenient to this location. We found a great church right across the street. Many dining options. Danielle was very nice at the front desk. And very reasonable rates.

Great people great place

Excellent value. Owners were very nice. Allowed a several hour early check in, and very close to everything we like to do in the Whites. Right across the lane from our fave restaurant The Common Man!

The highlight of the stay for us was their amazing, warm, indoor pool. The hours for the pool were great and it was very clean and easy to use. The location was easy to find, parking was convenient to the room and there were many nearby food options. The staff was very kind, knowledgable and helpful. The room was clean, but a bit worn, though the balcony was a nice sunny place to sit. Happy to stay again if back in the Lincoln area!

The service was great. I left behind a blouse and was told they would mail it to me. Very nice staff!

Our favorite place to stay for our ski weekends. Staff is so kind and the property is very clean and conveniently located to the mountain and activities.

We had a great time at the Kancamagus Lodge. The room was roomy and comfortable. The owners were great. It fit our needs perfectly. You can tell the lodge is a little older but has been very well maintained. I would return for sure.

Overall, our stay was awesome. The room was very clean , but a bit outdated but that’s what to expect when staying at a lodge in New Hampshire.. Staff was very polite and caring in the restaurant on site was pretty good. The location of the property was perfect. I will definitely be back staying here next year

Staff was friendly and beds comfortable enough. We never had hot water to shower. Staff said it’s likely because many people were showering…not good as it’s a motel and they should be prepared to provide all guests with hot water at all times. We tried showering at different times with no luck. Also The sink was always hot so doesn’t makes sense. The worst part was the pool. Water was over chlorinated…all my kids left with rashes and red swollen eyes even though they had googles and did not open eyes under water. We will not stay here again.

Nice, simple place for a few days. Good location. Liked the indoor pool. Wished they offered breakfast. Could use to be updated, especially the bathrooms.

Needs an update. Room smelled musty

The check in was smooth and the owner is very pleasant. It is outdated, but clean. The parking is a challenge especially with the restaurant sharing the parking with the hotel. The walls are VERY thin so we were kept up most of the night. We were on the 1st floor with no privacy. People were walking by our room at all hours and even found people looking in our window. The room above us had guests that were SO loud. The restaurant on site had good food but was a bit out off to be told by a server that they were not taking take out orders because they were too busy with eat ins. I waited and the bartender was kind and helped me. The hotel is on a busy road so traffic was pretty noisy in the morning. Beds were comfy and water pressure was good. Not sure we would stay again, only because it lacked the privacy we like.
