My only complaint was I needed towels late at night and no one was at the ft desk or answered my calls around 1145pm and cutting the grass at 7am sucked because I wanted to sleep

Checkin was easy and the employee was very nice. My only problem was there is only one person working after 5 pm and I needed an ironing board. We had to call twice. The next night we needed towels and had to go downstairs because once again there was only one person working.

Well we was treated very well. But we didn’t have any room service for cleaning of the room we had to ask for more towels. Also, where our room was you could hear the phone below and sometimes it would ring and ring. We was in the room for 4 days.

We were are there for six nights and out of the six nights we got our room cleaned twice. My husband went downstairs and asked them to clean the room every day ,and we want clean towels.. good morning a lot of my blouses up here a lot of them have like to dry out and they did not listen to him. He had to go down every day to get towels.

Had to make literally last minute reservations coming from a terrible hotel that wasn’t cleaned. I booked on hotels.com and 5 minutes later called the front desk at La Quinta and they said they were ready for us to check in. Great front desk and great room. Thank you

I really liked the staff ..They made me happy. I got all my requests like new key when I'd look myself out . Great. Thankful I loved breakfast very nice. I felt great afterwards. Thank you. Over all a 9 . I really have one problem no dog bags. Really that's all I had a problem with.. I loved all workers everyone did a great job. Thank you

Ok for one night but thought it was overpriced for the condition of the property. Ice machine wasn’t working the laundry facility there wasnt available, the hottest day in LA and lobby air wasn’t on because I saw windows open. Breakfast was very average. Off a busy street with lots of construction

We very much liked checking in. It was easy. We came in late at night and someone was there there for us. They got us right in and got us to our room. Breakfast was good and everything is very accessible including the parking so it's your hotel. Plus I would say and we enjoyed it.

There is nothing unique about this place. It needs updated. The entry is so dirty and oil stained making it look like a third rate motel. We left with bug bites all over from nite attacks.
I don’t have a single positive thing to say other than the price per night was good. I hate to be so negative because we have stayed in lots of La Quinta’s and always had great experiences.

They took off 138.00 for a deposit without me fully making aware they were going to.take my money off now I'm having major issues getting chime to release the hold the la Quinta was lifted on their end but now chimes not releasing my funds for me it's ridiculous

There needs to be doors attached to the laundry room as a customer I do not want to see dirty linens or towels. The breakfast was very good which is why I would consider returning to this property.

Food was average. Airvent in the bathroom is a plus but the shower area leaked water towards the door and closet. One of the front clerk was kind rudr.

Bathroom trash had not been emptied from previous tentant. There were stains on the bed skirt. My co-workers who stayed there had dirty sheets on the bed, including lipstick and hair. It was disgusting.

Staff is great I arrived one hour early. Had to be at an appointment they waived the early check in fee. Accommodating to guest. Quiet area even with being close to the freeway. Parking was not an issue even at night.
Extended one night easy and smooth.
Would definitely recommend and would come back for future stays 😊

The elevator walls and buttons were dirty. The carpet on the stair case was very dirty. Great customer service at front desk night time and clean room. The lady in charge of making breakfast was a little rude. She didn’t want to put more food out, mix for the waffles, even though breakfast is over at 10 and it was only 940. She did do it after all but you could tell she was upset. She said she it would waste.

Small rooms, kind of old furniture, no fans in restrooms makes for a musky stench in rooms with which prevents items from drying especially towels. We requested clean towels never received them had to leave without showering because the clean towels were never delivered, even after the front desk told me some would be brought to our room.

The facility has an agreement that releases the visitors information or the can not stay in the hotel. This info was not made available when making the reservation. Would I have received a refund if I did not sign the agreement? This is a bad sign for la quinta

Really nice room but the shower is weird because they're is no barrier preventing water from dripping into the bathroom floor. We had no working ac unit for two days so that sucks but they fixed it right away when we left for the whole day.

Checking in was easy except for charges to do early checkin/late check out. Upon checking in theh had fans blowing in the lobby area. It appeared to be that their air froze and was not cooling the hotel. A/C was working in the room. Only had 2 towels in the bathroom and when I called the reception area I didnt get a response. I called a second time because the iron wasnt working well.and was told they would bring another one up. Ultimately, I was getting ready for an event and couldn't wait so i left. Only stayed one night but the hotel is average.

Everything looks good but spa is out of order & laundry room washing machine needs repair. Coffee, hot water, liquid coffee creamer, juices are empty for breakfast.
