I booked the night at booking.com by the time I drove there which was like 15 minutes I was told that it was canceled
That I stayed there for at least a month or more than 28 days paid a lot of money to stay there the places that dump is not really that great the staff is okay but I couldn't believe it that yesterday they said I was on the do not rent list what the heck is that is this true she couldn't tell me who I went or why I think this is so unprofessional because I've been a Wyndham member through RCI and the travel to all of the wyndhams properties mostly in Mexico in here and I've never been treated this way and to tell the truth the Quality Inns are not that great company members since 2015 and I don't like this attitude why can't they tell me why they are not renting to me I didn't do anything to anybody I was never approached and never notified never told that there was anything wrong other than some lady complaining about my dog barking which is a dog friendly place and if she doesn't like my dog she needs to stay away because he's an Esa animal for my PTSD so if anybody's too close to me he starts protecting me it would be no problem if they continue on their way I can control my dog I can't control other people but apparently they can control everybody to get me kicked out or canceled and I don't even know what happened this is so ridiculous I am appalled and disappointed in the staff members that you have at the Quality Inn there I have never.

In the shower the ceiling had a bubble like water coming through from above and water pressure was awful breakfast could have been kept up and stocked better

The place was not so clean, for the price I can say I over paid needs improvement, also the breakfast was out of everything and we had to get our own cups coffe was more like water

expectations met as you may expect from a 3 star hotel, service also 3 star comfort also in the same range, put in simple words everything 3 stars with that night priced @ 5 star rate, just expect everything 3 stars although sometimes you get pleasantly surprised in a 3 star hotel with 4 or 5 stars service. recommend as a 3 star hotel al around.

this property was in a great part of town and the staff was super nice and helpful.
the elevators didn’t work (wasn’t a fan of climbing 4 flights of steps with luggage), and unfortunately there isn’t a watch your step sign out the back entrance to the parking lot. this also resulted in us having to leave, due to my significant other sprained his ankle. the bathrooms were alright, but could use some minor fixes with the water pressure. building definitely could use some maintenance and improvements to ensure the safety.

5 stars for cleanliness! Everyday our trash was taken out, they also would changed our bedsheets & fresh towels all 4 nights that we were there. 😊
our check out was a bit confusing, they just told me to put the key on express check out and didn’t ask for my name or any information which I thought was a bit weird

The person in duty was very busy with other duties. He seemed like he was alone.After a while he was able to change our room since the 1st room given to us with very unclean. There were crumbs all over the carpet, which out pet almost got to and HAiR all over both bed comforters.
Our 1st room was very filthy. The person on duty even came to take a look and agreed. We were able to get another room but the door was difficult to open and close, it was hitting the floor. Our towels were stained and look like rags. I didn’t get help right away ,we keptthe bell for service kept ringing since no one was there. They never came.There was only 1 person working?

I can't say I like nothing about this place there was no pool and I was told there was a pool..
No pool.. everything was not working and the TV's was old I could not have a good time with this room...
