There where 2 cockroaches in our bathroom. Housekeeping didn't saw or cleaned it before arrival. Other than that the hotel was overall ok.

Good hotel for the price you pay. Clean and staff very polite and helpful. Let us also keep room as we had late flight for a small fee. Breakfast is good and pool great. Hotel just needs a little updating but that didn’t spoil it for us. Also note there is no lift at the hotel.

No wifi in the room, had to go to the lobby to get some coverage. Had to remind them several times to give water, towels, etc. The phone did not work so could not contact reception for anything so for every thing, had to go to the reception/lobby, and due to no elevator present, it was a task climbing up and down 3 floors.

Quite old hotel, however convenient parking and administration was cooperative to leave my car for a day more while I was traveling by ferry.

Only positive thing are location and car parking, rests are not good. No Wi-Fi, no mini bar, no kettle in room, uncomfortable bed(merged two single size into one double). 2/10

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt special. Everyone who works here is so polite, happy, and accommodating. There are workers constantly cleaning throughout the day and night. The rooms are dated, yes, but they do not lack in cleanliness. Keep in mind that any coastal place will have to deal with the constant salt erosion of building material. Just because some things look tarnished, doesn't mean they are dirty, it's just weathered. I would stay here over and over again. The location being close to everything in minutes but far enough from the night noise couldn't be better. The only drawback is wifi in lobby only, but in a way it gets you out of the room or chatting with other hotel guests:)

Great position& wonderful swimming pool, love outdoor breakfast area & selection of traditional food for breakfast. Hotel is dated but very clean & comfortable with good views as not overlooked. It’s quiet,no fuss, laid back an atmosphere we enjoy.Excellent value & would happily stay again

The hotel is horrible place to stay. After the check in the receptionist insisted on calling the security/porter to walk us to the room (despite multiple rejections). The guy who accompanied us was however very rude and unfriendly and showed us that we are not welcomed. The room itself was a big surprise- very (very) old furniture, outdated chairs, dirty toilet and sheets. The breakfast was “due to covid” very limited, disgusting coffee, no juice, nothing. Nobody wore masks at the breakfast, so there shouldn’t have been the need for limiting the buffet breakfast to the one plate served one.

The room needed extra cleaning throughout stay, when mentioned where the cleaning needs to be done at the reception no apology was made, and he was trying to give me an excuse. Especially extra care needs to be taken during these times due to Covid.

the hotel was good and me an my family enjoyed it, our rooms had view to the sea side which were beatiful, it is 200m from the city center whixh allow easy acces the the area. the typical Turkish breakfast was good, however the rooms are a bit dated.

Nice simple and clean hotell at a reasonable price. No luxury but value for money. Central but be aware its a walk uphill back from the city centre. The AC works well. Would stay there again.

I liked the location... Close to restaurants, shops and cafes.... Also walking distance to swimming area. Also it has parking facilities... And a great swimming pool.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Kas - good location and great pool and water slide!! Just a short walk down into the main town where the bars and restaurants are and can be quite steep when walking back from the centre of town.

Bar and pool bar was very inadequate. Food and rooms were just OK. The location was awesome though.

I would stay there again if I wasn’t too lazy to walk even for 5 minutes.

love the character of this hotel, being one of the oldest in Kas it is quite unique in its structure & layout.Position is excellent although very steep walking so not for the infirm, but that describes Kas in general.Staff at the hotel are very polite & helpful.Swimming pool is beautiful. Breakfast selection, fresh healthy, typically Turkish,again excellent
