This hotel is too dirty , Is really disgusting

Upon first arriving outside of the property was a lot of weird activity going on, lady at the desk was not kind never really speaking to say hello just may I help you she give me a room key to a room that’s already occupied and the people have 3 large dogs, the whole place smells like dog pee and poop. So she give me another room upstairs as I’m walking in the room there is a roach on the door I open the door fully and begin to look around and there are roaches crawling around everywhere including the bed I never put my belongings down I saw at least 30 roaches in a matter of 30 seconds I inform the lady at the front desk of the problem and she tells me to call who I booked the room with, they wanted to call the property but she turned the phone volume off

They were in and out. Dogs barking. Riding bikes down halls

Place has bed bugs. Puctures will not upload i slept in my van. Place was noisy and trashy. Weed smell all thru the halls Once again place has bed bugs

Literally the worst stay I’ve ever had woke up covered in fleas and roaches

I liked how the room was clean and bed was very comfortable and neatly made when I got in in the room and check-in was very easy

The staff are rude. One of the workers was upset that I let the owner know what his nephew did (who also works there). The worker put myself and 3 other people out during the storm in Houston and refused to call the owner for us or anyone else. He started to take my money at first ($65) and when I said I needed to speak to someone he threw my money back at me and told me to get out. He then told one of the ladies he was kicking out she could stay for $159. The employee the days before told us it was $65. And she DID start to take my $65 until he got upset I wanted to speak to someone. So he lied. Called the police on us and everything. It was awful! They put an older couple out. All the hotels are full. It’s a terrible business owned by unavailable men and ran by the cruel and childish. I DO NOT recommend. It’s dirty looking too. Roaches, filthy cabinets and all. Hot water doesn’t work well either.

Dirty, smelly, and unsafe

Room had a rat inside. Room was not properly cleaned and no toilerettes were available. Asked front desk to provide bodywash and shampoo and they just said too look for one of the housekeepers carts and look for it there.

Room was dirty, bathroom door didn’t close, floor was wet like there was a water leak. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Roaches all over under and in the microwave. Room was destroyed from water damage. Deadbolt / safety latch was removed. We booked a non smoking room and we're given a smoking room that smelled terrible, mold all over the bathroom, was advertised as having a stove top kitchenette. Pictures were not even close to what we received . Would never recommend this motel to anyone.

Stove didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t close fully. Saw a few roaches (good thing we had our cat) if it wasn’t for every other hotel being out of power, it would be 1 star.

They are rude have roaches and lie about prices!! It's a terrible hotel.i wouldn't stay there again if you paid me..they should be taken off hotels list

They gave me a dirty room that had not been cleaned yet, when i went to tell them they changed my room # and that room had a leaking sink, remote for tv didnt work, and sink was leaking.

Our trip was horrible.they had power outage for five hours we got locked out of our room they didn't compensate for any food we lost or another night.its a terrible hotel they are rude and they lie...if you want to have a terrible trip you should plan a trip there

Staff was decent. A roach did fall on me in the shower

My check in was okay for the most part but after an hour being here it started storming really bad and the power went out and they had no back up generator so we sat with no power for 5 hours we missed swimming and BBQ then going back to the room we was locked out forever because no power and the keys are digital oh and the food in the fridge had to be tossed in not eating and dairy that sat out that long..

I like the service they gave me

It was really good but it just needs to work on cleanliness and a little paint job wouldn't hurt there was no pots and pans the stove was broken it's just the burners work but they just need to work on cleanliness and they need to put pots and pans and dishes there was none
