The location was great since it was around so many options for eating out and shopping. There wasnt too many disturbances in the neighborhood or complex.

The place smelled like mildew and mold, lights weren’t working, tv connection went out within a few days, and there were cockroaches. It was left dirty when I came in, my shoes were sticking to the floor and a lot of grime build up everywhere. Didn’t provide any utensils, cooking items, and the stove didn’t work properly at all since only one burner worked and you only had one heating option which was max heat because the dials weren’t properly set.

Everything to many people fighting and arguing late night then early morning. Drug activity everywhere and staff was plain rude

Where do I begin. We arrived to a mold smelling room with a hole in the wall and a note saying go to the office. They moved us to another room that was non smoking when I reserved smoking. My mate called and they brought an ashtray. Smelled like extreme bleach but the floors were dirty with dead roaches. Once it started getting dark there were roaches crawling everywhere. I kept my shoes on and afraid to put our dinner down anywhere. Roaches on table, nightstand, tv stand and crawling in and out of ac unit. The toilet barely flushed then took forever to fill. Kitchette had no pots, utensils .Great valentine's day for us, not! Woke up to no water the next morning. Then when it finally came on, the toilet ran constantly. Everything felt dirty and faulty. Ruined Valentine's day for us. Had the nerve to ask if we were extending our stay. We left an hour before check out.

Close to stores and restaurants

Drug infested, roaches crawling everywhere, housekeeping doesn’t clean well and the sign says extended stay but it isn’t. Was a freeze outside and the heater never worked, card didn’t work the next morning for me to get bk in my room and no one is ever in the office at night. Please do better

There was roaches all over the room and when we pulled the sheets down there was bed bugs crawling around room 305

Nothing really. I had to pay a deposit for dishes that were already supposed to be there and then didn't get it back. Drug infested. Literally people passed out on drugs sitting in front of their rooms. Could not let my grandchildren outside at all.

Name it and pictures on the internet are very deceiving.
