Great a staff

A great hotel right in the heart of the entertainment district. A very short walk to the markets, Pub Street and the river. A really good free buffet breakfast every morning. Have stayed there twice now and would recommend it to anyone who wants a quality hotel at a very reasonable price.

Beautiful property just blocks from downtown. Restaurants and shops nearby. Kind and helpful staff!

This hotel was ideal for our stay in Siem Reap. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and I really liked the sound proof extra window on the balcony as we were in the original building and overlooked the street. The bed was a little hard but after a busy day of temple climbing we slept well. The breakfast was great - I still miss all the fresh fruit on offer (mango galore!) and my husband liked the bacon and eggs. We spent one afternoon by the pool which was a lovely respite from the heat. You can order beer or meals poolside. And…my husband tried the sauna and loved it! Said it was cool outside afterwards- lol! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

We've stayed at this property more than ten times over the years. Always enjoy it . Its an amazing bargain. Wonderful staff. Excellent location. Only complaint is that the beds are hard. Hope to visit again next year!

Everything was around the corner. Old market, restaurants and Pub Street. Only negative, someone wrote that bed was too hard. I agree but I slept fine.

Staff are friendly. Great location, the hotel is located within the old town perimeter.

Positives: LOCATION and still quiet! Plus the amazing sauna!!! Negatives: the bed was rock hard, when asked for anything to resolve got a blank look or glance at computer to "look into it". Shower was a dodgy showerhead in slippery tub. Breakfast was the same bland buffet every morning. Rooms dark due to the shutters, sure could open, but had to go through 6 windows, so didn't bother often. We ended up changing hotels as couldn't sleep on the hard bed (actually had to go get chiropractor afterwards) and main reason for hotel is to be able to sleep!

Lovely property, great staff, steps from good restaurants, better than average breakfast (eggs always cold tho). Would stay there again. Great value.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Not many guests as the post-covid tourism is only just able to restart. I would highly recommend. Pool was glorious. Super close to Pub St but the nightlife can't be heard. Freshly cooked breakfast (which might become a buffet when there are more guests). Friendly staff.

This property is well situated and away from any noise. In a world of Covid and with many hotels closed, it was a pleasure to see this hotel still functioning. The staff outnumbered the guests and the look of relief on the face of the staff said a thousand thank yous…. The hotel owners should be commended… Now that the Cambodian borders are once again opened, we wish you filled rooms… You deserve it

Nice older hotel in a very convenient location near Pub Street in Siem Reap. The facilities are getting a little worn, but still in generally good condition. A little mold in the bathtub area. For longer stays, the breakfast gets boring, though they have a good omlette station. Many nearby restaurants and bars. Great location. Easy walk to the markets. The Steung has cut back on some services. Included airport pickup used to be by car, but now by tuk tuk. It's kind of fun if the weather is good and you don't have much luggage. We will likely stay here again.

his hitel is in a great spot away from thehorrors of Pub Street with an awesome cafe over the road. Rooms a kittle sparse but thats the style in tbis region. Hot water was nit plentiful enough for a hot bath.

Very nice and convenient location

Proximity to shops was great. Room was spacious and clean.

Near Pub Street. Just round the corner. Shopping, getting lunch or dinner is simply easy.

Hotel location is excellent. Within walking distance of Pub Street and several markets and many good restaurants, but far enough from Pub Street to be quiet. Behind the hotel is an active Buddhist temple which is of course quiet and beautiful to walk through. Rooms are spacious and clean. Although the hotel is older, the plumbing works well; however, there are limited electrical outlets and they all turn off if you remove the card from the room power which makes charging devices while outside the room more challenging. When booking with Expedia, they don't tell you about the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport which is on the hotel website. You must arrange this ahead of time or they don't want to give it to you. Also late checkout prices are a robbery. They wanted $40 to check out at 5pm and $60 if checking out at 9PM which is more than the $55 room rate. The only direct flight to Shanghai is at 11:30PM so be prepared to pay or hang out at town all day. Overall a very friendly staff and great place to stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The location makes it convinient to access a variety of services.

Nice to stay. Close to the old market area.

While the road is very busy the hotel is very peaceful. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The towels can vary in number so you need to keep a eye on that.
