Staying at the Four Seasons is an experience filled with great customer service & amenities!

This place was awesome and the Staff really put it over the top, so very nice and accommodating!!!

Absolutely amazing service! Pool was absolutely heavenly. It was like I was on the beach, we got served drinks while sitting by the pool, the temperature of the pool was absolutely perfect (salt water, so no chlorine!) The staff set up the chairs for you and had fresh towels that were good quality. One downside was the kids were loud, but luckily I had noise counseling headphones :P Rooms always nice, tub is amazing! Bed sheets were top notch. View was stunning!

I understand that amenities at a Four Seasons will come at a higher cost but to charge $29 for a less than mediocre drink is not acceptable.

Our experience at this hotel was good. We are a bit disappointed about a few things, but overall the hotel was clean and our experience was pleasant. We enjoyed the weekend which was the goal. However, we probably will not stay at this location again. We hope to have a better experience at another Four Seasons location.

This was a perfect one night staycation. Every member of the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with was phenomenal. Easy checking in, easy self park. I was proposing to my fiancé & they helped have a gift in the room before we arrived & the even upgraded my room to an ‘arch view’ in the top floor. We had room service, food was amazing from RK & again staff was extremely pleasant & were top notch. Best luxury stay in StLouis & highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter’s 11th birthday at the Four Seasons, and I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make her day truly memorable. The manager, in particular, Mr. Mourad, played a huge role in ensuring everything was perfect. He had arranged for a beautifully decorated room with balloons and a personalized birthday cake for my daughter. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel incredibly special. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. Amelia, our server was in particular exceptional. The amenities were top-notch, and the facilities were immaculate, adding to the overall luxurious experience. Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of magical, and it’s all thanks to the extraordinary efforts of the manager and his fantastic team. They created memories that we will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury with heartfelt hospitality, the Four Seasons is the perfect choice.

City view wasn’t great, but the room and hotel were very nice.

Amazing staff, nice pool area, great gym, and nice restaurant. We enjoyed our short stay.

Bed was pretty comfortable. Carpet felt a little moist. Floors could have been cleaner. Service at Gordon Rasmeys was so so. It was nice to have Coffee station on the 8th floor, but no almond milk provided. Overall pretty good.

The Four Seasons is a very high end quality hotel. It has great rooms with great beds. The staff was very welcoming and attended to my needs. The only thing I did not like was the noise in the middle of the night from the sirens of police cars and ambulances. It was a bit of a nuances. The place was very clean. I was there for a gala and it was very well put together. The food was very good. The place is very clean. We also visited the Gordon Ramsey restaurant and checked out the other amenities they had. Great hotel to stay at. It was a stay cation for me.

we stay at four seasons all over the world but this st Louis FS had the least top notch customer service. I would stay at the ritz next time. front desk staff was amazing. restaurant staff and one valet was rude and lacked training. I would never hire them for one of my businesses.

Our stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis was top-notch! The highlights included clean, comfy beds, super quiet rooms, a fantastic view of The Arch, the best rooftop pool and hot tub ever and very friendly staff! The only drawback was getting a little lost in the hotel and having to ask for directions alot (it is a huge hotel and it was a first-time stay) and parking was a bit spendy ($49 for overnight valet parking). This hotel is adult, not kid-friendly, which made for a quiet, relaxing getaway! Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

It is without a doubt the worst four seasons I have ever stayed in around the world. It is dirty- it smells like old cigarette smoke- it is next to a casino- the rooms are more like a Hilton (even the suites)- just atrocious.

Nice property with close proximity to the Jefferson Expansion, bars and restaurants.
