The bed was super comfy, breakfast time was convenient and delicious

It did get noisy down at the bar but it calmed down pretty quick

Excellent customer service. The microwave in our room was not working; within 15 minutes it was replaced. The pool area had no towels; reported to front desk, was immediately given towels for our family to use, within 10 minutes the pool towels were replenished. Parking area was secure and easy to access with room key.

Only 2 waffle makers in breakfast area.

Great Customer Service unlike booking dot com who could learn a lot from the Pear Tree Inn team

My son left his I phone & my location is one so I know it’s there! & staff said it’s not! A house keeper had to get it or it’s in one of the couches! I called & they claimed they looked! I would drive up but I’m 4 hours away. Hopefully someone will turn it in! 😊

A full hot breakfast every morning. I was beginning to think these were gone since COVID. The best staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Doris, Miracle, LaTonya, and Regina for making our stay so nice!

Construction was happening in the parking lot. It was inconvenient but not terrible. The only thing lacking was I would have liked more counter space in the bathroom.

Check in was fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean.

Parking wasn't ideal for larger vehicle but we managed to make it fit.

Happy hour was nice, chips and dip with 3 drinks, nice touch. A shuttle was available to go to facility where concert was playing at, very convenient.

Room was 85 degrees when we arrived, put thermostat on 65. Left to go to concert, was gone from room 5 hours, when returned it was 76 in room. The bed was terrible, hard as a rock. In morning went down for a mediocre breakfast. Room was $175, wife got no sleep, I got very little. Between the hard bed and the temperature of the room, it was miserable.

The staff was friendly and able to accommodate an early checkin. The room had fresh sheets, we were able to eat at Syburgs easily and it was very nice there

The room had a blood stain on the chair, a pool of water under the alarm clock, the bathroom door was hanging on only the lower hinge and couldnt close, and the toilet every time you flushed the handle flipped all the way around and had to be pulled back to be reset. the pool was fun although it seemed like the hot tub was very foamy, there could be more selection for the kickback drinks and given how close the hotel is to the new soccer stadium it could do for a remodel

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Doris didn't smile at all, even when I was very nice and cooperative. She was still nice, but a smile would go a long way. Happy hour is a nice feature with free drinks and snacks. The breakfast was great, and the woman running it was amazing. She worked very hard to make sure it was clean and full at all times. The free parking garage was very nice. It was clean. Beds were great.

The occasional chair in the room sunk when you sat on it. The conditioner dispenser didn't work well at all. You have to pump it many times to get just a little out. The one elevator was out.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this location. Service is always impeccable. Room is always clean and when we have a need they are quick to meet it.

Both guests elevators were out of service. It seems that one has been out of service for several years now. While we were offered the service elevator, if you are going to have it for guests to use, it should be cleaned more. When we used it the first time there were 2 barrels full of dirty laundry and stinky garbage. That was remedied, but the floor was always sticky.

love the location next to the new soccer stadium, Union station and the enterprise center. The staff were friendly. The popcorn and happy hour was nice. The restaurant located in the hotel runs a shuttle to the blues game and back.

When we checked in, both of the main elevators were down along with the pool being closed. We had to use the service elevator to access our room with luggage or take the stairs. Our first room reeked of smoke. We immediately asked for a new room. The new room was smoke free, and clean. It could use some updating and a new mattress.
