The toilet it's too small very hard to sit on so low to the ground

The elevator wasn’t working. Our room was missing the curtain remote, I asked the front desk for one and after 3 days I never got it.

The young man who checked me in on 7/20 at 9:30 was very accommodating, friendly and very professional.

Wonderful staff. 106° outside, so the pool was a nice option.

Hotel was comfortable and the shower was nice. The hotel is very old dated and needs a remodel. Other than that is was okay. Very friendly to check in

Spent 2 nights the breakfast was amazing. The elevator is a little scary making some strange noises. The hotel was nice.

Front desk staff were super kind and efficient. Continental breakfast had good options and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and cool when I arrived which was nice give the almost 100 degrees outside. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall, a nice place to stay for a night.

Convenient location for my stay

Decent property, room was clean. Never made my bad in 4 nights. Left a note saying personal items were left on it but it was my suitcase on a bench in front of bed. Hallways AC didn’t work so super humid and hot in hallway on 3rd floor . Other than that overall ok

Run down; elevator was scary!

Everything was fine

I needed an early checking and Carrie at the Fresno airport/clovis location. She made sure she did that and she texted my room was ready when I was minutes away

The only problem was there was no lamp or light on the desk, so, I could not work in the room. I called the front desk, and , the receptionist said they are out of lamps. I had to work in the lobby. Also, I didn’t like having to work and make calls in the lobby.

Pre paid for 3 days (Friday - Sunday). We knew we were going to be arriving after midnight (so Saturday morning). Husband called around 730 p.m. and let them know we we're going to be checking in late, past midnight. Woman on the phone (we assume front desk) let us know that wouldn't be a problem. Arrived at 3:30 a.m. and the gentleman at the desk kept insisting they arent expecting any check ins. I showed him my pre-paid reservation details on the app and he kept insisting he didn't see us in the system. He ended up finding us then kept stating that we should have called ahead. We told him we did, he insisted we didn't. Showed him my husbands call logs and he said that no one told him. The staff lack of communication isn't my problem, but whatever. He went on to insist that our check out was Saturday, and I argued and showed him my reservation again, and his response was to keep insisting our check out was Saturday. I was not happy with the check in process. He was very rude and combative and kept making unnecessary comments throughout the process of "you should have called" over and over again. All other staff I encountered was great. The room was great. Everything else was great.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet, in spite of it being the 2nd floor and the elevator just around he corner.

We got stuck in the elevator, then the elevator would go up but not come down if the person did not send it down. If it was up a few floors, it would not come down if you pushed the button on the first floor. Not safe.

Convenient for our purpose. Close to many restaurants.
