Not what I expected from SpringHill. After a long drive I was tired and just wanted to crash. First surprise pay 40 dollars to park or drive a half mile to a parking lot and walk back. Went to parking lot and if someone didn’t help me I wouldn’t know how to get out of the lot. Walked back.
Second surprise, room was very warm and couldn’t turn it down. Tried to call the front desk but couldn’t get through so had to go downstairs to get help. The front desk and house keeping quickly responded. Finally I’m ready to settle down and watch the game and the tv didn’t work. At this point I just went to bed. It was frustrating and disappointing. I will say if it weren’t for the ladies at the front desk who were very gracious I’d have given you a 1

The heat was off and the could never get it working correctly. I had to call the front desk three times and never got someone to come fix it.

This was our favorite Hotel to stay in out of the 5 we stayed in on this trip. It was beautiful. Our room was large. It had a couch and a desk and the shower had spray jets for your lumbar which was amazing. All of the staff was friendly, and helpful. The front desk lady at night and the morning lady who gave me change for my $100 were very nice and professional. I went to get breakfast but it was shut down because I was past the time. The lady cleaning up the breakfast area was so nice and went and got me a Yogart and a spoon. The parking area had security that you had to us your room key to enter and exit. I would definitely stay here again and again

Great experience start to finish. Easy access from the Sky train, practically step off and your inside. Great customer service, very spacious room, comfortable beds, extra pillows. Overall great stay. If you need to be near the airport in Atlanta then I'd highly recommend staying here.

We stayed one night after an international flight. Check in was quick and friendly. Room very nice, clean and quiet.
Complimentary breakfast was nice and the lady in charge was very friendly.
When I booked the room I was sure it said there was a shuttle service, when I called after we got in they said no shuttle. You take a shuttle from the international terminal to the domestic terminal and then take a sky train to the hotel. Once we figured that out it was fairly easy. Would stay there again

The ladies at check the front desk for check in were fabulous. Helped me out with my questions and were as friendly as anyone I have ever dealt with.

The room was fine, but I disliked that there were no trash liners in our room, it had a sliding door you can’t lock for the bathroom (not ideal with young kids) and parking was expensive.

We chose the hotel because it was close to the rental car center but expected more from a recently renovated hotel. Desk chair was broken, tiles in the bathroom were cracked, the shelves in the bathroom were loose and could not be used, there was only one towel hanger, no Kleenex. Not worth the money. Breakfast was your typical hotel chain breakfast, OK but that’s about it.

I was underwhelmed by the quality of services for a 3 star hotel. The bedding quality was quite cheep and the towels were small and scratchy. The rooms are large and amenities are nice. The best thing is the accessibility by Sky train. The front desk personnel didn’t seem to know when the breakfast is served. They told us it starts at 7, when it was starting at 6:30 and we missed it simply because we didn’t plan for it, so we don’t miss our early morning flight.

I met four or five front desk staff during my stay, all of whom were very professional women. I haven’t seen that in quite a while. The room floor, however, had Cheetos and wet spots throughout the unit, which made my stay less than comfortable. All four pillows were the same type of pillow (most hotels give a different variety of pillows).

We arrived very late due to weather delays with flight. They checked our group in quickly and were friendly. Breakfast in am was fine - I was too fatigued to really enjoy it! They sky tram to the hotel was a bit confusing coming from international side but we managed. Could’ve been a bit of weariness on our side in navigating that. Overall, good stay & I’d book here again.

This hotel is super convenient to the airport. Ride the Sky Train just 1 stop. The room was large and the beds were comfortable, but the hotel needs renovations in the bathroom and toilet. The toilet is too low and unusually noisy when flushed. Breakfast is good. This hotel is OK for convenience and price.
