View was great. Hot water ran out & bed was terribly uncomfortable need new beds. Stuffy no ventilation. Heater worked well. Old & tired motel.

Great stay, thanks for all the information before and after the stay. It helped us a lot.

There were roadworks at the front of the property, making access and exit difficult and dangerous. The lighting in the unit was dim and dismal. Curtains had to be closed for privacy. Beds were worn and poorly madeup. Carpet seems not to have been cleaned before we moved in and wasn't cleaned while we were there. Noise from the room above came through the ceiling..
The display on the stove did not work properly, making it difficult to use properly.
The guest laundry was good but surrounded by rubbish and litter.
The staff were ambivalent.
At our back door there was a bowl of water with foul cigarette butts floating in it.
I cannot imagine how this property received a 4 star rating and such positive reviews.

Nice clean and quiet rooms. Perfect for families that only need somewhere to sleep and are always on the go. Nice walking distance into Queenstown but easy to get in and out of with a vehicle.

We were visiting from the US with our two teenage children and the room had lots of space and very clean with comfortable beds. It had a nice kitchenette and great view. Vishal at the front desk was very helpful and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent service with good car parking - a real asset when parking in town is difficult to find. Would definitely stay again.

If you stay in downstairs,you hear lits if noises of upstairs which was till late night and early morning. Couldn't sleep because of it, so not recommend who struggles to sleep or wants peace and quiet type of accommodation.

We loved our stay here, actually wish we had booked for longer, the staff member who booked us in and out was amazing service was great, rooms are clean tidy and spacious. Great stay

Comfortable & convenient. Only detractor, which was out of the apartments control, was the noise from the current roadworks.

Roadworks at the only entrance to the property that have been ongoing for months. The night we stayed they were literally digging up the road at the entrance with trucks coming and going and heavy machinery ripping up the road. Had we been advised earlier we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. We were not the only unimpressed guests.
To be fair, had it not been for the roadworks the location is excellent and the rooms are spacious and very well presented.

The rooms were nice and they were roomy. The bed was comfortable. The bus stop was close by for trips to Frankton.
Cons - The road works are a disgrace. Not pedestrian friendly. Too many fences and barricades. The foot path shouldnt have been dug up.

We had a good stay here, the room very well appointed and beds very comfortable for sleeping. A beautiful view from the balcony.

Unfortunately roadworks at the front of the apartments late into the evening disturbed our sleep but that was nobody’s fault.

This was a great place to stay. Walkable to the town centre. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Pity about the road works but this is not in the motels control. Bus stop close by.

The hotel was clean and nice but the access to the property was very difficult to get to because there was so much road construction in front of the motel. The signs leading you into the front of the building were poorly marked and when speaking with the manager of the property before our arrival he neglected to inform me of all the construction. It would have been nice to know exactly how to enter the property ahead of time

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, comfortable, clean and has facilities for light cooking. I will stay here again next time.

We stayed for two nights and liked most things about our room. The view was lovely but the road was right in front. We couldn't close the fridge door as the ice had built up in the freezer compartment. We told staff and someone quickly came and chipped some ice away. Hopefully they defrosted it after we left. We really appreciated the plugin induction hob. We are never happy using toiletries in small plastic bottles so hopefully they will change to having dispensers. The bed was comfortable and overall we found the room great for our needs.

We like this property is because it is close to downtown with kitchen, and also with parking. It is clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience is construction still going on the entry area when we were there.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Roadworks outside property wasn’t ideal but fine we were alerted well in advance about that. Would definitely stay again but without kids not really little kid friendly. Staff were very polite and helpful.
