So filthy

This hotel is high value for a low price, everything is good, a lot of good restaurants nearby and must visit again!

I highly enjoyed my stay here for three nights. The staffs were very welcoming and helping with checking in and checking out. The hotel is super clean and daily necessities/accommodations were situated next to the elevator for convenience. It’s a walkable distance to where I needed to be and it’s super safe at any time of day or night. Overall a huge recommendation if you need a hotel to stay at in Fukuoka!

Walls are thin so you can hear the noise from the room next to you.

I’ll start with the pros The check in process was really smooth and easy an they had a staff that mostly understood English. Now the Cons Let me start by saying this was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. If you are traveling alone then this size room will work for you but I wouldn’t Recommend this hotel. 2. We requested a non smoking room do to allergies , which we received, BUT we were one door yes one door away from the smoking rooms so the room and the hallway smelled of really strong smoke everyday of our stay. 3. I have lived in Japan for several years so I understand that mold is an issue due to humidity BUT THERE WAS SOOOO MUCH MOLD ALL OVER THE BATHROOM!! There was mold on the shower curtain, the shower rod, the walls, creeping from be hind the mirror, on the ceiling etc. even after we had the housekeepers come clean our room they did not clean any of the mold. I honestly felt as if our room had not ever been properly cleaned. 4. As mentioned above the room was filthy, upon further inspection of the room after dropping a charger under the bed we lifted the bed to discover several and I mean several pairs of old slippers issued from the hotel that had turned yellow!!!! Not not slippers but lots of dust and other trash as well. The lamp shades were covered in unknown stains, dust, and mold. The comforter was tattered and very well worn. All this to say i do not recommend you stay here. I will definitely not stay here again.

convenient location

Central Air-con, cannot adjusted and it's a bit hot inside room. Need to open window. Wall is too thin can't block even snore sound from next door and noisy over midnight from people on hallway. Toilet is so narrow about 1.5mx1.2m Overall, outside is look fabulous but inside is budget hotel.

Wifi is not stable. it is always disconnect with my phone

If all you need is a clean private bedroom and small bathroom in a great location this hotel is perfect for you. I stayed one night and speak no Japanese and found it easy, clean and comfortable.

Good location, around hotel has many restaurants. But hotel little far from akasaka station.

The property is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere! I did not like that the property was very quaint and the bathroom's are very small.

外観、エントランスはとても綺麗、ただ部屋は少し古く感じたかな。禁煙が埋まってて喫煙の部屋だったけど、エレベーターで部屋の階着いた瞬間からそれはもう染み付いたタバコの臭いがプンプン、部屋ももちろんすごいたばこ臭。空気清浄機能をつけた方がいいのかなって思いました、無いよりかはマシかと。外出時ルームキーをフロントで預けなければいけないのが面倒でした。ただ、立地と値段を考えると禁煙の部屋があればまた泊まりたいかなっと思います。

Very considerate front desk staff. Only downside was that the bed was a bit on the hard side.

Hotel staffs are very kind and make me comfortable. I stayed in smoking room so smell was bad :( But breakfast was really tasty♡

The hotel is hard to find as the main entrance is on side street and there were no clear signboards. Nonetheless, staff were helpful and attentive. Location of hotel is very close to all major shopping malls so its a good location if you're planning for shopping days.

Great location, clean but small room. As soon as I got done talking to the staff, I overheard them talking about my appearance. Not recommended.

Front desk staff are very helpful and no problem to communicate in English language. The hotel is located in between 2 subway stations, only a few minutes walk. The room I am staying has a petty good size bed and comfortable. There are many good food to choose from in the neighborhood at night.

Excellent Time!

The staff was so kind and understanding. They didn't understand much English, but we were still able to communicate. The room was a little small, but it was only me so it was comfortable. I location was SO hard to find and I got really lost a couple times trying to find it. It doesn't stand out and there are no big signs pointing to it. It's close by to some really interesting places, though! I definitely recommend it. :)

Great location. The staff was as helpful as they could be. Their English wasn't perfect but they helped as much as they could they called me a taxi and translated my dedtination to the taxi driver.

Great hotel within walking distance of the busy shopping area. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the cleaning ladies. Rooms were small yet comfortable and clean. We would stay again. Try the yakitori place opposite the hotel, it was amazing.
