My stay at the Majestic Hotel in Paris was exceptional from start to finish. The staff’s warm smiles and outstanding hospitality ensured every aspect of my visit was perfect. The hotel combines classic Parisian elegance with modern comforts, providing spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city was fantastic.
The amenities at the Majestic Hotel are top-notch, with a delicious on-site restaurant and a highlight-worthy breakfast buffet. The well-equipped spa and fitness center offered a perfect way to unwind. Ideally situated, the hotel allows easy access to Paris’s famous landmarks, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay in Paris.

What an incredible stay! From the beginning of our arrival to the end, we were met with wonderful hospitality. Our family suite was impeccable and perfect for our family of four. We were not able to get a good view of the Eifel Tower due to the Olympics, however, our concierge let us take a look from the Eifel suite, which was so kind. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Lovely hotel in a great location for Eiffel Tower and being. Room was generous in size. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very helpful.

Staff was so lovely. Hotel was beautiful and room was a great size for family of 4. Kids loved that the pullout sofa was 2 twin beds versus a double/queen. Pool was beautiful as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful. From the moment we entered, early in the morning, we were greeted kindly and shown to our room early. The amenities are clean and spacious. Hotel staff are superb.

Excellent location with the added benefit of being on a quiet street. Hotel staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The size, condition and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. All in all, the Majestic was an excellent choice for our family. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon.

Had a fantastic family stay here. We stayed in the suite and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. What made this stay extraordinary was when the Chef Concierge Yannick Tonnellier got on his motorbike and personally delivered one of our forgotten bags to us at the airport. We were so thankful for this act of kindness and this exceeded our expectations of hospitality. Would never stay anywhere else in Paris.

Sleepy spot a couple blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. We were hoping to get a chance to use the pools - but you had to book ahead of time at the front desk and the hours seemed not so convenient if you are trying to see the sights during the day. Wish it was easier to access and that they offered massage services etc.

Overall disappointed. Hotel was slightly outdated, service was ok - but the breakfast was extremely bad. Not worth the money and it’s a pity it’s rated 5 stars.
The value vs price is off and we will not be back.

This property was extremely disappointing. Our room wasn’t what was represented to us in the picture when we booked. There were lights out in the bathroom, shower wasn’t working, the TV remote didn’t even have batteries. Called to get coffee at 6am and said sorry have to wait until 7am. Mind boggling to me when you’re paying 700$ a night. We were traveling with children and in the bathroom there was a rack to hang things. On the bottom there were 2 metal anchors to hold the rack and one had a plastic protector and the other was exposed in which my son banged his head on the metal. Light switches were dated and faulty couldn’t turn certain lights off. The spa was closed as well. I am not one to complain but when you’re paying as much as you are per night you expect better. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

One of the best hotel in Paris! we enjoyed the pool and I love the fact that its very close to Arc de Triomphe.

The room did not match the description, I know that it is not always like the photo but it needs a serious refresh (furniture, carpet, curtains, and bathroom).
We arrived in the evening and the staff who did our check-in was so new he didn’t know which building our room was (nor did the person who helped with the luggage) so we lost 15 min going up and down looking for our room.
There was no bottle of water so I had to boil water in order to take my medicine with tea (and no bottle was left during our stay) which we mentioned at checkout and at least we were told that it was unacceptable

Superb property, very comfortable room, knowledgeable and helpful staff. My only complaint is that breakfast was a ripoff, although that's true of many hotels.

First day was all ok on second day when I came back to the hotel after a day in the city with the car i was told that the car park its full and I don't have to park. I left in the middle of the night with no parking when I booked for 2 days. Very unprofessional.

We stayed for 2 weeks, so got a very thorough feel for the place. Great hotel, beautiful property. In the midst of COVID difficult to get a real feel for normal service but staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitively come back

Nice place but: tea and coffee but no boiler and a broken door lock at the cupboard... thank good the bed was confortable and the hammam pretty nice...

Very disappointing to be woken up by a drill in the room next door at 7am. Also the tv is working erratically and I mentioned the annoying harsh blue lights that flood the room at night. The hotel ‘remedied’ by sticking a white sheet of paper on top which didn’t help at all. Shame because the reception staff is friendly. However I would have expected some kind of gesture on departure rather than being asked to settle for the few euros of extras. I wonder whether this room was earmarked for Expedia guests...

The first room did not have an internet connection, the second room had no headboard with a very uncomfortable bed and the third room had a bed with two bed bases and mattresses making you fall in the middle with a poor internet connection.I will not return to this hotel.
