Really relaxing and enjoyable stay. Close to city centre, whilst being remote enough to enjoy some piece and quiet. Wish we had booked for longer. Will definitely recommend and return again.

It was a surprise for my girlfriend who had no idea where we were stopping but was really happy when we arrived in front of the houseboat Millie Grace. We were met by Mark who was really friendly and made us feel welcome. The house boat has everything needed for a comfortable stay and was kept up to a very high standard. I would certainly recommend anyone wanting a short stay in a normal hotel to consider houseboat hotels for something a little different.

I am 65 and thought Id struggle but was comfortable on the boat. The facilities - heating, cooking equipment, TVs, beds, shower, hot water etc - were all in good working order.I will look to stay on houseboats every time now!

Excellent experience booked for my birthday, we were given really good instructions by the owner of where to find and access the boat. The boat was super clean and very spacious.Will definitely be booking again.

Its a small floating apartment. Very private and cosy. Directions are good and its relatively easy to find (given the foibles of the Sheffield road system). Parking is also easy, just by the boat with a parking permit provided.Its also handy for the town centre (an easy but up-hill walk). If you dont want to prepare your own breakfast then the Victoira Junction Cafe is only a few yards away.The double bed is comfortable and cosy. Weve now stayed four times and still find it nice for a night or two in Sheffield when we are passing through.

Absoulutely perfect. It was our 2 year anniversary and we had such a laugh! All cosy and everything you need, its like been at home but on a boat.. would definitely come again.

We cooked on board the boat but found the lighting poor in that area. A spot light would be most useful.

This was our third stay on the Millie Grace and as good as ever. We were only there overnight so didnt have as long as usual to use the amenities but hot croissants and coffee straight out of the oven on a cold morning while sitting peacefully on our own houseboat was great.

Never stayed on a house boat before and this proved to be a new and unusual experience that we would try again. Nice and clean, comfortable and good location.

Fantastic quite spot bang in the center of Sheffield. Easy walking distance to everything. The boat was really comfortable with everything that you could possibly need. Only slight downside was the lack of wifi, but you know about this before going, and the fridge in the boat we stayed in was a bit broken inside. The fridge worked absolutely fine, just the holding racks in the door were missing, so that area was virtually unusable.. These are very picky flaws in what is the most fantastic place to stay. I would definitely stay again!!

A lovely self catering boat with parking. Dont be put off with it being in Sheffield - this is the nice part. Very private, relaxing boat with excellent facilities and a superb cosy bed.

Everything was superb. An overnight stay with a difference but we shall return for a longer visit. Thoughtful touches in the smart and clean houseboat, easy parking, great location ... All contributed to a fun experience.

A fantastic, unique and very comfortable idea. So good we brought carry out food in and cancelled our restaurant.
