Very quiet place, ideal for a couple of days of rest to get distracted

The staff were so lovely throughout the trip. Sebastian always gave us tips and Lara was very helpful throughout. We enjoyed the stay, and did lots of hike’s around the surrounding area. They even let us shower in the afternoon after check out. Thank you!

Hotel in great location, quiet, a bit outside of Piran, but connected by a lovely path along the coast. Beach and sea access at hotel are perfect, however it’s not clear if beach is public or hotel property. Nevertheless, great. Breakfast on the terrace with sea view was really nice. Parking at hotel was handy, since most hotels in Piran don’t offer parking nearby. The decor of the hotel is parts really cool and fun, parts not sure what’s happening. But you come here for the sea views, right?

Our double room was nice and clean. Location of the hotel is good, in a walking distance from the city centre (15 minutes along seaside or across city). Breakfast was rich and tasty. We booked this hotel as a swimming pool was offered on Hotels.com websites. However the hotel does not have the swimming pool anymore (for more than 7 years!). We were disappointed a lot. Some members of the staff (especially in the reception) were kind and helpful. Unfortunately we cannot say the same about staff members in the beach bar. Extra fees are paid for sunbed and beach umbrella. We were told that we had to pay even for beach showers which we did not understand… Parking is available at the price of 9,50 EUR per night.

The hotel is a little dated and, at least in winter, mostly frequented by elderly couples. The staff were friendly and the rooms were standard but adequate. The hotel is a pleasant 15-minute walk away from the old town of Piran, but the hotel provides an excellent free shuttle service. The breakfast was subpar; many of the items looked past their prime.

Wonderful place, rooms could use a little renovation. Piran is amazing and the hotel location is perfect, staff was very helpful.

Hotel experience was good. Staff always helpful and attentive. Only negative was the beach experience. There are sun loungers reserved for hotel guests but the area itself is open to the public and is not supervised by the hotel staff, so it’s very much ‘every man for himself’. So at busy times things can get quite tense and confrontational

I thought I had managed my expectations before arrival but they quickly dropped even lower once I arrived. The hotel is extremely dated and tired. I didn’t understand the style and decor the hotel was trying to achieve and it all seemed a little bizarre. Very overpriced in my opinion.Parking is a nightmare! One of the reasons we chose the location was to avoid stressful and expensive parking in the centre of Piran but it was not to be.We had a sea view room at first floor with no balcony. The room was an ok size but pretty sparse. The bathroom was pretty basic but everything worked. We were invited to have welcome drinks in the hotel bar on arrival. My advice is don’t bother as they are not worth it. Instead when we went to purchase drinks we were advised they had no local beer and offered an imported beer only. I had a mojito cocktail which was average. Needless to say we didn’t venture here again during our two night stay.The location is exactly as expected and a short 15/20 minute walk along the coast into the centre of Piran. Amazing location and absolutely great and friendly staff. We only stayed for one night but would definitely go back.

On a 17 day European adventure, this was our favorite place we stayed. Beautiful property, awesome staff, and overall relaxing experience. We’ll return for sure

A bit far of a walk from town (Piran) but once you realize there is a great beach bar/restaurant next door it adds some options. Room had A/C that worked well. Very important. Breakfast was adequate. Overall a pleasant stay.

Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful with site seeing tips. Amenities were great and the breakfast was fantastic.

Great location, tucked away a little so not too crowded. Friendly staff, rooms come with a complimentary non alcoholic drink from the bar. The hotel it's self is a little older but fairly well maintained.

The hotel could do with a hefty refurbishment - the bedding is old, the shower is dirty, the wifi didn't work (in my room), there were no lights in the corridor until you pressed a switch (not even any fire exit lights?!) and the pool (salt water FYI) and sauna were tired. Having said all that, the service was friendly and the food was a real surprise - professionally made and presented. Enough to make me go back and stay again? Naaahhh…

The hotel is fine and located in a great location by the sea. Our only criticism concerns the price and the breakfast. Considering the size of the room and the number of broken things in the room we find that the rate is exaggerated. One of the blinds didn't work/was broken, the curtain was dangling on one side so we could not darken the room enough to sleep,the bathroom had to be flushed three or four times to be totally emptied (even after someone came to "repair" it...). The breakfast was rather appalling, nothing fresh, bad coffee from a machine designed for huge tour groups). Except for one individual at the reception who never looked us in the eye, the staff was rather friendly, especially Larisa who gave us outstanding service.

The room was quite small and like most of our accomodations in Slovenia there was no option for a Queen size bed, only two twins that could be pushed together. But the property was quite nice, on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic and a small pond. There was a rocky terrace that provided access for swimming and a coastal path allowed guests to walk to the historic parts of Piran in 10-15 minutes. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was definitely a good value.
