Very nice hotel. Close to airport!

I've been there several times, staff is very professional, modern clean and having alle amenities unfortunately it's in an industrial area far from city of Luxembourg this time they've installed brand new smart TVs in the rooms but it goes every 5 minutes in the chrome mode to buy films and the reception could not help

Good hotel but few major issues 1. The room is dark and lights are few and not enough 2. The bathroom is very non fucyiondl and small it has open concept and not very good at dkl

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, yet it lacks basic amenities in the room. The good: the bed was big and comfy, the room was clean, relatively late check-out. The bad: * The bathroom design is open, with a glass cabin shower, which is to be considered if you're traveling with others. * No information was provided at check-in about the wellness facilities. * No kettle or tea/coffee maker (or maybe you need an upgrade for that !) * At check-out, we were almost going to be charged twice, until i notified them that the room was paid for in advance through expedia!

Staff super friendly Struggling with the system so someone else arrived in my room in the middle of the night waking me up. And the toilet was leaking internally making a lot of sound. All this making my stay not so good but probably just bad luck

Receptionists were excellent. Waitress at bar/restaurant was substandard

Not worth the price. Air conditioner didn't blow cold air. No shelves to put closes. Needed a user's manual for the shower. Box spring bed had no topper. Looked for the refrigerator and couldn't find it. Mentioned this at checkout and they told me the refrigerator is in the bathroom under the sink!

The stay was good. The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything was in a good state. Free parking is limited, but can be found. The location is very good reachable by car and very close to the highway.

Stay in Legere Hotel was ok, but nothing more. The room was in an acceptable condition but there were a few „scratches“ at the wall from bottom to top, the furniture was very used, TV very old and small, mold in the corners and drain and only one size pillows which were quite huge. The Service at the entrance was good. Around the hotel is a lot noise due to construction work, also the streets are very dirty.

The staff here went above and beyond. They helped me figure out how to explore, how to travel, and how to figure out so many things on my first visit. The property was just as expected, but the STAFF are what made this place five stars. Every person that helped me (3 different individuals for different reasons) all were phenomenal!

very nice hotel in the vacinity of the Luxembourg airport but only 15 mins fron the city, exeptional staff at reception, Parking and minibar offered nothing to eat or see in the surrounding but a nice hotel restaurant

Relax time nothing to complain about, a/c didn't work at its best. It has a summer and winter timer. Didn't cool the room enough in the night. The room has a Window that can be opened, so we did that.

This hotel is overpriced for what it is. However Luxembourg in general is overpriced. This hotel is far away from any meaning and convenient public transportation and therefore you must hire a car which is an added expense. This hotel is located near a semi industrial / business estate and the area is kind of weirdly deserted yet the hotel itself is placed next to a highway so you get the highway traffic noise. Some of the staff have an attitude problem here however one staff member named Jerome was a real pleasure to deal with and model professional. It's kind of weird that everytime you want to come to the dining hall you have pass reception and it can be weirdly and awkwardly silent with them standing there watching as you pass - the dining options themselves are limited with not much on the menu and the clientele I met there were not my vibe. I would not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice stay at Legere hotel. Very close to the city center, just a 10min drive with the car. The whole hotel is very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a free mini bar. The wellness is a nice extra, especially during the cold winter days. Very friendly staff, also towards our little dog. Highly recommended! 5/5

Service at Legere can be improved. Staff need to be more proficient in English. Not every visitor will be French or German speaking. Hotel location is a little away from city center, though it is very scenic. If interested in picturesque location, this hotel is befitting

Need to improve room lighting. It was too dark. Bathrooms should be more private. And the air-conditioning needs to improve. The staff was very friendly and helpful

loved the hotel, great facilities and lovely stuff. the only issue i had is that the hotel is quite far out from luxembourg city itself, but getting there by public transport is doable.

I loved the hotel. It was clean and beautiful. I wish every hotel was like that. It’s far from the city of Luxemburg, but with the free busses and trams, it’s still easy to access.

I was very impressed with the staffs ability to accommodate me. I came in much later than anticipated and they made me feel welcome and I was able to check out later due to my circumstances. It was very much appreciated!
