I arrived from out of town to check in at 3 AM for a work conference. I appreciated that the hotel accommodated my late arrival, but I was disappointed to be charged the full $100 deposit, especially since I only needed a few hours of rest before heading to my conference.
The parking area was small and tight, and it was difficult to find a space by the time I arrived. Additionally, the 11 AM check-out time felt rushed—I prefer hotels with a check-out time of 12 PM or later.
The room itself had some issues. The restroom had an unpleasant smell, and although I requested a non-smoking room, I could still detect lingering cigarette smoke. The door did not have a indoor lock or chain. I was not happy about that.
While I’m grateful for the stay, these factors will likely lead me to choose a different location in the future.

Very clean and recently remodeled room. Everything was perfect and it was very quiet and restful place. Extremely close to lots of great restaurants and bars and coffee shops on Colorado Boulevard. Would stay there again.

The hotel over was great! I took an early morning flight and went to hotel to see if an early check in was possible. The morning clerk was rude ans stand offish and asked why did I come so early and people havent evenvl checked out yet. I explained I the best flight i could and came early, it happens! The afternoon clerk was great and had great convo and was really sweet!

I didn’t stay in the room much , it was honestly just to hold my stuff most of the time. It wasn’t bad honestly , parking was a little annoying but overall I’d stay again

The property is really nice and clean. It was in a good neighborhood but it could be a little noisy but didn’t have any issues sleeping. Food around the hotel is a a walk/drive there was some few places that weren’t too far of a walk like chipotle and Starbucks but not too sure what else was close by as we had to order food for delivery. The hotel did give a few menus of places nearby. The front desk was super nice and polite and came quickly to our room when we called for more toilet paper or to help fix our tv.
There is a small parking lot on site and free WiFi. If we ever make a trip back to LA we will definitely consider this hotel again!
There is also a bus stop at in front of hotel if you need transportation.

Really clean, bed was comfortable, conveniently located, Ingrid at the front was really sweet and friendly. I wish you had more rooms on the ground floor, or had an elevator. Overall, it was a good stay!

Centrally located to a lot of attractions. 15-20 mins from most of the places a family would go. Universal, Dodgers Game, downtown, Hollywood Sign etc. great Local pools and shopping as well. No frills and the staff are great.

The Staff was really nice. Easy checking in and out process. The room was clean and relaxing. Looking forward to our next stay.

Parking was a little tight as there's only one spot for each unit. No elevator and some rooms, including mine, were on third floor. Very clean. Decent basic accommodations. Would stay there again, but would ask for a lower floor as I'm older.

This was perfect for what I needed. Area was quiet and it’s a short Uber ride to events in LA. The room was clean and staff was amazing. Special shout out to Ingrid! Will definitely be my new hotel for when I’m in town.

Room was nicely updated. The area was busy and noisely. Our TV signal was discontinued on our departure day though we did not have to check out till 11 am. We missed hearing morning news and didn't appreciate that. Otherwise the stay was good.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. We were a bit skeptical for the cost, location and type of hotel, but this exceeded the cleanliness, comfort and staff of higher star hotels. I will stay here again.

The room was very nicely decorated and included a refrigerator and Keirug. Only slight drawback is no elevator so if stars are difficult this may be a problem. However I was able to do the one flight of stairs to our room. I would stay ere again and I recommend!

This hotel was very clean and perfect for the one night stay I had in LA. Very budget friendly and staff was helpful. The on-site parking is a huge plus though it is kind of small so it is better for sedan-sized cars.

Different username and passwords for each device connecting to the WiFi. On top of that the internet never worked. Bad signal in the area so I basically had no connection at all. Had to use my device data which was moving very slowly.

Front desk clerk was very friendly. I stayed on the second floor. The room was very nice clean. I will recommend this hotel. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Pretty fair price for the stay! Clean rooms and had all the necessary amenities. Only complaints are the doors are very thin and face directly outside (like motel room doors), so if people pass by outside you can hear them. Also, there are no elevators which I was unaware of before booking.
