location, good value

I choose this hotel because it was the mid point from event attending and Bur airport

Room on 3rd floor room 301 to be specific. It's facing the road way/ freeway access. All night we can hear the cars racing by. Didn't sleep well up at 1130pm, then again at 2am the 330am. We finally checked out at 530 to head to airport. I'm 100% sure this was not a double Queen size beds (seemed more like a full) felt like we were gonna fall off. Also the screen door to balcony was broken, the door to the cabinet where the microwave and fridge are stored was broken. Did notified staff immediately

The check out person and the rest of the staff were over the top nice. Our room was clean. The location was perfect for our needs.

We had a family emergency, drove 6 hours and arrived late. The check in person was rude and defensive. We had to stay as we paid prior to arriving. We certainly didn’t feel welcomed. The property was small as well as the parking spaces, very crowded and tight. The pool and hot tub was dirty. Not inviting.

Kristine the front desk lady attempted to charge us a cleaning fee and our security deposit for having a service animal then after the 1st night kicked us out (deactivated our cards) because she "didnt feel like dealing with it"

good staff very polite and helpful

It's on a major thoroughfare so it's easy to get anywhere in Glendale. It's also extremely close to a local Target for those situations where you might have forgotten to bring something with you on your trip

For the price paid, I'd say the value was at best, mediocre. There's nothing overly wrong with the facilities but at the same time, you can almost get the same sort of room at a Motel 6. On top of which they have the audacity to charge for parking!

The bed was clean and comfortable. Full breakfast was great.

There was odor in the office and the room if mustiness as if mold or sour mop was used or the rooms have been closed without fresh air circulation for a long period of time.
