This hotel is nice, clean, a few steps of everything, nice front desk services, super nice housekeeping and a wonderful breakfast area( Fabiola, we love her), she was the best of our visit.
Only problem, we did a reservation for a family room but honestly it was very very small, also lack of the information about the to go breakfast especially for people is going for tours also no elevator,
But in general a very nice place to stay.

Very pleased with my choice of accommodation. There’s many different areas to relax around the hotel, including the rooftop terrace. The water is hot, the facilities are clean and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Great location and decent buffet breakfast with eggs made to order. Front counter staff available all the time and no issues for a late check in. I spent my birthday here and they surprised me with a cake and song in the morning during breakfast to make it extra special for me. Would stay again.

Our stay here was fantastic. We especially loved our two story room for our family of 4, free fresh breakfast everyday, kindness of staff, and how walkable the location was. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend staying here. I had two different rooms for my 3 night stay. The first one was freezing bc it had an outside window, so I needed a space heater. The second one was way too hot and did not have an outside window to be able open to cool it down. Front desk brought me a fan, but it didn't help. This hotel DOES NOT have air-condition in rooms. Also, at the front desk a smoke detector low battery BEEP kept going off the entire time I stayed there. I think it might still be beeping as they indicated they had no desire to change it and it had been going on for several days prior. Very annoying in the middle of the night when u could hear "beep.....beep.....beep" every so often. Other than that, I do have the day the front desk staff were incredibly nice and reasonable to talk to. The bfast is simple, nothing special. Overall, I would never stay here again, but in a nearby hotel down the street instead as the location is superb!

We tried the Nuna restaurant which is nearby and just a brilliant organic restaurant meaning they raise food that they serve with amazing choices. We are vegetarians leaning on vegans and there were so many delicious food choices.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. A very nice property that is well maintained. It is conveniently located near the main square with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. We stayed in a room that was perfect for our family of four with a queen bed and two twins that were in a connected, but separate section. There is a spacious lobby connected to the breakfast area, which was very good a well. They even have a rooftop that provides a nice view over the city.
After going to Machu Picchu, we stayed in a different hotel in Cusco. This was a mistake. I wish I would have booked the Maytaq Wassin Hotel again as it was much nicer. This is a nice property. I recommend staying here while you are in Cusco.

Great pace just off of the Plaza de Arams, within walking distance to just about anything you’d like to do. I bookend two stays between my Inca trail hike and slept in two different rooms. Both were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and eager to assist. Great breakfast included, with eggs made to order. You’d pay 2-3x the amount to stay in the States.

We stayed at 2 similar priced hotels in Cusco and this was much better by far. Very clean and new room, had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was great. One street away from main plaza.

Very close to main city square and just down from Marriott so that tells you the neighborhood. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Held my suitcase while I was on my 5-day trek. Allowed me wait in lobby for 3-hours after check-out until my tour company was to pick me up.

We, a family of 4, stayed 4 nights with one day gap when we went to Machu Pichu. Hotel was clean, staff very courteous, and ready to help for anything that we need. Staff made our stay pleasant. We stayed in family suite, ideal for those traveling with kids. They had availability and were able to check us in couple of hours earlier than the actual check in time. We were able to store our bags in their storage room when we went for machu Pichu. Beakfast options, ok. Best part is location, we were close to the main attractions and within walkable distance to dining options, shopping and attractions. We won't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

Highly recommend staying here! The staff is so wonderful and kind. They accommodated us when we needed to change plans last minute and stored our bags for us when we did overnight trips out of the city. The breakfast is included and is good. The rooms themselves are clean, tidy and just as they appear in the photos. The location is definitely 10/10. It is walkable distance to almost everything in Cusco. The patio is beautiful, especially at night. Highly recommend staying here!

The room and the furniture are very old, they should remodel the bathroom because it is ugly. It has 3 poorly located and worn power outlets, for those who work remotely like me it is not recommended because it is uncomfortable and far from the table.

Great place to stay for the price, location, and quality. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and steps away from all the action of the plaza. Great place from which to jump off for adventures around Cusco. Only downside: it was easy to hear folks in the hallways coming and going.

Great location, breakfast, and staff. The hotel was clean and eco friendly. My only concern is that my room didn’t have a security latch to prevent others from coming into my room. otherwise everything else was good.

Excellent location and staff. We stayed before and after our Inca Trail trek. When we returned our luggage we stored at the hotel was waiting in our room. The hairdryers are mounted to the bathroom walls and don’t work very well. The front desk was able to give me a different one to use that was much better. Breakfast and breakfast attendant were awesome.

This was a great place as a base for my many excursions outside of Cusco. They staff are unbelievably kind, and always ready to help. They helped me get taxis on the street, order food, directions, call tours I had reserved and packed lunches for me to take. It is cheaper than most hotels, but much nicer than hostels. So it was great as a single woman traveller who wanted hot showers and beds after her hike of the Inca trail or trip to Puno and back. Highly recommend. A great location. Simple place, but great for the price.

Very friendly hotel. Well situated close to the main square, yet not noisy, clean, helpful stuff. Good breakfast, good service for hikers like luggage service and early breakfast solutions. Really enjoyed and actually coming back there for the second part of my trip!
