Great location for beach, restaurants/bars and old town. This hotel is a family business. The staff are lovely. This is a budget hotel and as such, facilities, quality of bedding/towels, fixtures and fittings in the rooms and breakfast are very basic. Having said that, the stand out bonus was the quality of the air con - very effective. Although our room was mostly clean (apart from quite thick dust on the top of the headboard and some limescale stains at the bottom of the toilet) there were other communal areas that really needed a good clean and de-cluttering. Hot water comes from a small tank per room. Most of the time it was adequately available but on one occasion after my husband shaved, showered and washed some small items of clothing there wasn’t enough hot water left for me to shower. The bathroom was a bad design in that the bathroom cabinet/mirror covered part of the plug socket so I was unable to dry my hair in front of the only mirror in the apartment. The shower head sprayed water out of the sides in all directions. It either needed limescale removing or replacing. The shower cubicle doors were terrible/dangerous. They kept coming off the runners even when treated very carefully! The bed had only sheets, that were clean but frayed at the edges, and blankets, no duvet. Towels were clean and changed every day but they were old and some were rough. Our room had a balcony but the view was only of other buildings. Overall a reasonable budget hotel.

Good location, helpful hotel staff. Restaurant staff didn’t speak English and there was a language and cultural barrier as they wouldn’t let guests in the restaurant to wait 4 min for the breakfast to officially start. Nothing more was added to the buffet table but they just wouldn’t let people in and communicated this through a glass door which wasn’t hospitable at all. Why not let people in to wait at the tables and not outside if there was something to wait for. Ofc the indicated 4 mins became longer too, as usual in the Balkans.

After no sleep the first night i had to move to a new hotel at great expense. This hotel refused to refund the 9 days i didn't use. The pictures looked really nice, but i didn't see anything that looks like the pictures when i got there.

I like it’s closeness to the beach, mall, ATM, stores, post office, restaurants … staff is friendly and accommodating … breakfast is good … all in all good experience 👍

The hotel certainly has things to improve upon, like wifi strength. But it is excellent value. The location is great, and the staff is friendly. While not luxury, it is more than adequate for my one-week beach vacation.

The room is big and clean. The staff is helpful. The place is gearing up for the season so there is.a lot of renovation work with the accompanying noise. The shower head in my room was broken. I did not like the breakfast nor the breakfast area.

The location is excellent, a couple of minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from old town. Very spacious rooms with all you can probably. The only thing I find like so much was the shower that was not kept as clean as I would like. Apart from that a decent breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

Balcony or patio with the view in every room? Not in my room, no balcony, no patio, no view. Please don't give promises on your website that you cannot keep. Location is super. Breakfast is good.

rooms smell cigarretes, noisy nightclubs around, wifi is terrible

The service and the location was excellent, however the room was very filthy, the shower was so dirty I had to skip it that day.... Wifi connection was also very poor quality.

Walking distance to old town. Nice hotel, sofa beds were uncomfortable. Would prefer single beds. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly.

We were disgusted with everything. Old dirty room, dirty bed, dirty shower, blackish and very hard towels, stayed one night only because we arrived late afternoon. Old fashioned small TV positioned below the ceiling, could not turn it off, unless you unplug it. Small fridge very dirty, two dirty pillows stuck in one pillowcase, two wooden stools for your commodity, balcony door and windows covered with broken and torn shades, etc.

The owner (I think his name was Ilia or Lia) were extremely helpful to us. They were talkative and very cool. This is not a 5 star hotel, but rather a budget hotel, so keep that in mind. Considering the price-quality relation, it is quite good. In less than 5 min you get to the beach and cool places.

Hotel was ok but now there is a new building being constructed basicaly around the hotel making it very dark and the outside area very dusty and when it rains mudy wont stay there again

Nice big room, very friendly staff and was close to beach, shops & restaurants. Rooms were not 100% clean but overall was very good value and had an enjoyable stay

Very old, dark and dirty rooms. Kitchen sink and fridge dirtyness needs to be seen to believe it can be so bad. Outside night club shaking your bed till 1 am- quet after though :). Surrounded by 2 building sites. Not far from old town- only good thing. And did not see any bed bugs. Breakfast omlet or fried egg, or cold plate. I repeat- or. You can not have jam and toast if you had omlet. Avoid!

I felt alienated in this hotel. Furnishing and equipment from the 1970s, stinking bathroom, not particularly clean ... I'd definitly not pick this hotel again!
