From time of check in the Staff were super fast helpful and very happy.

The hotel staff is wonderful. The area is quiet. It is really close to a food court, Tops and night market. There is also a nice park. It may be a little older and the mattress is hard, but we would stay there again. Loved it!

The location is great. The staff are very friendly and the pools is super clean and quiet.
The only draw back was my back every morning on that mattress... we left and earlier and received a refund for the rest of our booking.( I would prefer a full refund but partial is better than nothing)

The property is clean and well kept. The bedding was comfortable, location was good, pool was enjoyable and the staff at the front desk are lovely. I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Phuket Town.

The family suite that we had booked was comfortable and the staff very pleasant and responsive to our needs. Some of the furnishings and equipment was however a bit dated. As we had booked during peak season the prices were exceptionally high even though it seemed the hotel was not full. So my advice to others would be to shop around and not necessarily believe the hotel.com website when it suggests that there are very few rooms available which is a tactic to make you book immediately and pay much higher prices than you need to. Anyway I have learned my lesson!

The Mei Zhou Phuket hotel is perfect for a short stay in old town Phuket. It is in a quiet area, surrounded by convenient stores, food courts and local restaurants, and a 10-minute walk to the main old town streets. Check-in process is quick and simple, reception staff (both day and night shifts) is SO friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about "what to do and see" and always takes extra steps to take care of you. Wi-fi is fast and stable. The room is big, clean, and comfortable. The only thing we did not try is breakfast so we can't comment on that.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times. The pool was very well-kept and had a jacuzzi at one end. Our executive room had a patio door that opened onto the pool-side and we always had the pool to ourselves. The hotel has many delightful features including a large pond of Koi carp and many orchids. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Phuket Town and the limelight shopping mall with many cafes and restaurants. I would certainly return.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Hotel staff were very courteous and polite. Hotel was also close to Phuket town and night market. However beach was far. To go to Patong beach we had to go by taxi. Patong beach was a wonderful place with lot of activity. Lots of beach restaurants, massage parlors and shopping. If you want to spend more time on the beach then it would be a good idea to stay In Patong.

This is a wonderful, underrated motel! Checkin was fast, and the staff helpful. The room was large, clean, and the bed felt wonderful. Excellent pool. The property is a short taxi ride to the pier if you are taking the ferry to one of the islands. Located on the outskirts of Old Phuket, you are close to many restaurants, markets, and points of interest. We were so pleased with our initial stay, that we returned to stay again after visiting several islands. Highly recommend this property!

The room was big and comfortable...wifi good..the pool was a quiet secluded oasis. ..the breakfast was enjoyable.Dont forget everybody ..we are in Asia..so the menu was: rice soup..ham slices sausage stir fried rice and vegetablesRce noodles and vegetables toast coffee juice. We enjoyed this breakfast vm5 min off the city center it was calm and enjoyable..We recommend it

For my Chinese wife and myself (Australian) this hotel was excellent value for money. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Phuket town and therefore very central to everything. I have been in Phuket many times and this is the best location if you hire transport. Very helpful and friendly staff, I will definitely stay here next time I visit Phuket.

Hotel is simple, breakfast is standard for Thailand, few options of bread, fruits, pasta, rice, chicken. Room is quite confortable although toilet has curtain not closed box in the shower. Location is not very good, it is in Phuket town around 40min from airport and 20min from bus station. Although very helpful, staff dont speak english.

This Hotel though not very popular, was quite centrally located in Phuket, also is away from the beaches but near to the Old Town. Breakfast was simple, sufficient & good, not very lavish. The Staff there were very courteous, always smiling & ever ready to help. Their English speaking skills were appreciably better than what one would find in the town & surroundings.

not a bad stopover place. it is however a bit far off from the patong area and the airport. However, it is close to the rassada pier from where you can get a ferry to the koh phi phi and krabi islands. so if you are looking as a stopover, this is a decent place, but if you are looking to enjoiy nightlife and the phuket, look for something in patong area.

We had about 8 hours in Phuket before catching a ferry. The room was perfect and quiet for a quick stay over in phuket. The person working was extremely friendly and helped book us a taxi for early the next morning to the port, especially considering it was middle of night. The place was a good deal and I would stay there again if I return to Phuket.

The hotel has it's certain Chinese charm - which I quite like personally. An item of discomfort was the lack of warm water in the bathroom sink. This made shaving difficult (for an old fashioned guy like me who still uses brush and cream) and hand-washing small items impossible. Service was friendly and smiling. There were 3 breakfast options and you had to let the staff know the day before which one you would like to have :) The room was very clean. The pool was narrow but long and very pleasant to use in the morning and evening, especially since there were not many other guests using it. The hotel is at the edge of the old town, so, quite convenient fro strolling around.

We had a fantastic time here in late March. The beach is beatuiful, and it's easy to find a spot for yourself there, e.g. under the shadow of a tree. Fully recommended.

Nice and clean hotel near the town services,but very silent place to be.If you like litte smaller places like Phuket town and dont want so much peoples and trafic this is good choice for that !
