The room was great, room 215. The check in process was a bit long and I was the only one checking in, the gentleman seem very not interested in doing the job but other than that everything else was great

This place was exceptions and we have never experienced a more kinder and humble staff. They helped us with everything. The hotel itself is paradise and well maintained. We loved it so much we extended our stay for additional nights.

Fabulous surroundings and the rooms have all been recently renovated. Location is perfect for visiting the falls and walking into the local town. Reception was super helpful and the staff were lovely. The negative was the appalling breakfast and service. Little options and staff were not attentive at all. We were charged £6 for omeletes but not told they were extra. The resturant is more expensive than Buenos Aires. Eveyone went into town where there are some amazing places to eat at half the price.

Iguazu Falls is now my son's favorite place in the world and I think that this lodge helped with that decision. The service really is great, providing golf card service to your room from their main office or restaurant. We ate several meals at the restaurant. I enjoyed a river view and just hanging out on the balcony. The rooms were very spacious, new and I do feel like this is a five star hotel. We came in the winter, so we did not swim because of the pool temperature. But, we did play table tennis. My one thought is that perhaps they could heat the hot tub in the winter and have a cover to keep it eco friendly.

This was a great property to stay at - clean and modern rooms with hot water and good water pressure. The restaurant on property was great and convenient. The atmosphere and vibes of the place was secluded but with twinkle tree lights to feel safe, jungle vibes with a great river but 10 minutes walking to the lively part of town. Would definitely stay here again. WiFi was also great.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped and the balcony was a lovely spot to watch the sunset.

The rooms were lovely and had a nice view of the river. The unfortunate part was that the website did not alert us to construction happening at the hotel therefore it was loud and ruined the experience.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Jungle Lodge. The staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river, I just wish we had better weather. I didn't realize that the property was so spread out, so be prepared to walk up hill and over cobblestones or ask them to pick you up in the golf cart. There is quite a bit of construction, but it wasn't too bothersome. I wish there were more lounging areas and perhaps more dining options but overall it was a really great stay!

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It's a wonderful place to stay, especially with kids. However, it's a bit far from the town's main street. It's a great stay and highly recommended.

This property was incredible. The rooms are confortables and everything you need is there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. The restaurant impeccable. I want to come back in a few years because they are under construction now and the project looks very good.

Nice property and friendly staff but a fair amount of construction going on. Resort is walkable from town and restaurant at resort is very good.
Room we had was as far away from the entrance as possible and next to maids room ….from 8 am there was constant banging and noises and from time to time we got a heavy septic smell. Service at the restaurant was ok but not great

Pool area looked awesome but it was a bit cool so we didn’t try it.

I highly recommend the Jungle Lodge. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was a quiet place and we had a view of the river from our room. The staff was very helpful

The staff at the reception was great. At the restaurant not so much. Their customer service skills were lacking. Our room was on the lowest floor so it was a little musty. It seems when we book through Expedia we get the least desirable rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was recently remodeled and was tastefully done. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for local activities. The breakfast was plentiful, including fresh fruit and baked goods. We weren't overly thrilled with the lunch we had in the restaurant, but dinner was outstanding!

Loved the Jungle Lodge, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, walking distance to an area with restaurants and shopping. Our stay was 5 Star ⭐️ all the way around! Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff. Aircon wasn't great and the breakfast was a bit same same every day. Lovely room, nice pool. Overall wouldn't have stayed anywhere else

Accommodation and food was excellent. Comfortable beds and a big bathroom. We thought there would be wildlife around being on the edge of the jungle. Saw a couple of small birds and that was all. Helpful staff, especially in the restaurant.

Hotel was very nice, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint was I paid extra for a jungle view room and was stuck on a low level room with zero view, just dense trees right up to the edge of the balcony. The rooms on the upper floors got the view I paid for, over the trees at the jungle. Very disappointing!! Also there is a lot of construction noise during the day if your there during the weekdays.

We had such an amazing time at the Iguazú Jungle Lodge! The room was spacious, very clean and had great AC. The pool, breakfast, and dinner restaurant were also all amazing. My family also enjoyed some time in the recreation room playing pool and ping pong. The hotel staff were kind, efficient and helpful. I am sad we only got to spend 1 night here! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Iguazu.

Great spot in Puerto Iguazu. Nice restaurant, great pool, spacious rooms and very helpful in setting up transit to both the Argentinian and Brazilian national parks, as well as to airport. Really happy we chose the Iguazu Jungle Lodge.

Pro - A very good resort, its strength lies with its staff. Beautiful resort, with a nice large pool. Boutique resort. Rooms are nice size. Breakfast is good with nice mixture. Tour person very helpful. Front desk helpful, good English.
Con - No real gym. Dining room needs a qualified manager, sometimes there is confusion.

Very nice rooms, good wifi, very clean. The property is being expanded so there is some construction (new room blocks and another pool) going on but not very visible. Very nice staff. Very good food and nice breakfast buffet. Drinks are accessible but Need to add a bar area though.
