I stayed here for 3 nights but my room was not cleaned during my stay even though I requested it during check in when I was asked.
I also took the option of paying at the hotel, but once there they did not provide me with a receipt or invoice as they said I would receive it from hotels.com. I have requested it again through message and still no response.

The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures. There was a construction site right next to the hotel, so it was quite noisy when I opened the window, but when the window was closed - not annoying at all.
The staff of the restaurant was friendly.
The shower booth was slippery, and didn’t get supported the parking fee for a day because the hotel’s one was full.

Amazing hotel! The roadworks outside through our stay were very loud and they started from 7am!! But that is nothing the hotel can control and will no doubt be done soon.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Location was good for use of subway and walking to attractions. Bed comfortable and excellent shower. Helpful to have a fridge.
Lack of storage in room for clothes and hangers. Limited local amenities in area but was a bank holiday and a Sunday during stay which I now understand they close for. Breakfast wasn't a great selection in our opinion and found the dining area too dark. Not our kind of hotel so wouldn't stay again.

Really nice and helpful receptionists, the same goes for the waiters/waitresses in the breakfast venue;
also there are a lot of activities within short walking distance - again staff is very helpful finding something interesting to see or place to visit

The style and comfort of the hotel are very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location allows for easy walking to many attractions and there is an underground station U4 close by.
We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as we thought it was too expensive. There are several cafes nearby. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was excellent.
Unfortunately the record player in the vinyl room wasn’t working which was disappointing as we were looking forward to chilling out with some good music.

In the first room, I found hairs on the bed. The employee who I approached was very unpolite and unfriendly. The hotel is surrounded by constructions. The bathroom I had was tiny and had no cupboard to place my clothes. Wouldn't go there again for a business trip.

Nice hotel situated at the harbour Winther mand exciting new buildings around. The room is not very big, but the bathroom is spacious and the shower is good. The entire hotel deco is maritime, giving people a sense of onboard. Very interesting experience. The restaurent serves good food, delicious and authentic. Morning buffer is good too, many selections.

Love love love the 25 Hours hotels – and this one was gorgeous! Great design, enthusiastic and fun staff, delicious breakfast, stellar location, all sorts of fun touches in the rooms, cheeky sense of humor all over the place, fun perks and extras. LOVED IT!

An unusual hotel, decor somewhere between a ship and a loft! However very comfortable, staff were good and an excellent restaurant. Conveniently located for Miniatur Wunderland, the Maritime Museum and the harbour and a Ubahn station just opposite so very easy to get into the city centre.

A bit expensie, compared to simmilar hotels in this area of Hamburg . The bar/restaurant closed long before midnight, food and beverage was tasty, can not recommend if you wish to enjoy a proper main meal.,. Not my favorite though . Few dishes offered in the menu, wich was printed with very small letters. Close to impossible to read in the dark sourrondings. Had to use my mobile to be able read the menu. Friendly staff, and easy to acsess parking lot in the basement. Pretty expensive parkinglot, 25€ daily fee.

This hotel is very quirky and fun, in addition to offering good accommodation in a great location. It is in the newer part of the city, very close to the Maritime Museum and a comfortable walk to the Altstadt. The hotel restaurant is excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

Great room, with everything we needed and more. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. Great design throughout the hotel, we didnt have the breakfast as we thought €27 was overpriced. There are great cafes and bakeries near by that offer less than half that price. We walked everywhere most days, it was very well located in a quiet area. Would definitely go back.

Hafencity is a great location and in my opinion a nicer area of Hamburg than some other with plenty of places to eat etc.
This hotel was nice and fairly new, bedrooms OK size wise and nicely equipped too (hairdryer, large shower). I didn't eat at the restaurant at all because too many good places near by to chose from.
Positives, mini bar with beer and water free of charge and restocked daily. Other extras include a kit for the sauna from reception which gives you dressing gown and slippers. Also for me windows that open are a real plus. Good underground parking, nice and clean hotel and location is great.
Negatives - no USB charging sockets in room, sauna was crazy hot, check in was very slow and sign posting to car park confusing as only main car park seemed signed, but hotel parking floor was not. So spent time looking for my car on wrong floor.

We went to a concert in the Elbphilharmonie, and this was a perfect venue for us. 10 minute walk, friendly and good humored atmosphere with a hip vibe.

Had a 4 night stay for Christmas Markets, location was pretty good with main market a 20 minute walk. The room was a good size double. Bed was comfortable only minor niggle the quilt could have been a little bigger (an extra 30cm wider) as a couple of times we woke with one of us only partially covered but not a real problem. Nice shower and decent sized bathroom. Nice touches included some free mini bar stuff and something we missed until we were checking out was that we could have borrowed a mobile WiFi hotspot while we were out and about (didn't read the info in with the key cards) would have saved us some roaming charges, know better for next time.
