The maintenance budget has been set at zero and everything is slowly decaying.

check in time should be at 2pm, but we only can enter our room after 2 hours waiting. They just ask us waiting at the lounge. But is really not help full since we bring child and they need a nap. But over all the room is clean and the comfort. There is miss understand about the breakfast since i book 3 rooms and it should be minimum 6 pax. The breakfast is very simple and sending to our room

I have stayed at Fraser residence Sudirman many times and it’s always good. The location is away from the main road but convenient to go to GI mall or Senayan.

This is a high quality, clean centrally located accommodation with a larage swimming pool. There is only one rather limited dining option on site. There are some Warungs outside - Not hygienic enough for first world tummies. As with most of Jakarta, it is not a pleasant walk immediately outside around the property. Taxis and Grab Hire cars are your best bet to travel to and from the property.

Still one of the best places to stay in Jakarta. My room 406 had a horrible odour everyday , and I was put in the same room when I checked in again the following week. Need to find the source and fix it.

Cozy bed and a fully functional kitchen (4 induction stoves, an oven, a full-sized refrigerator, cutlery, chopping board, a pot, a saucepan, lots of cups, glasses, bowls and plates of varies sizes). I got a free upgrade to an extremely roomy suite - was one of my (rare) lucky days! If shopping is your thing, then youll probably consider the location as so-so since the nearest full-sized shopping mall (Plaza Indonesia) is 3 km away. But if you are working at Prudential Towers then the location will be ideal (5 minutes walk). You can do your own laundry hassle-free; the residence supplies a small sachet of washing powder everyday. Drinking water is adequately stocked and replenished daily. Bathroom amenities are variegated.

Whether you are asking for a high floor room or an additional 1 hour late checkout (after much argument they eventually relented to grant 30mins more but called to remind us of the clock!) The truth is it isnt full. You can still book their rooms on various platforms for the days you are there. I have stayed at various hotels and other Fraser properties (some for months) and this one stands out for being very unhelpful at accomodating even simple requests. The management should embark on other creative exercises for turning down requests than their favourite go to line. Apartment and facilities are otherwise suitable for purposes. But I am not coming back at all. Afterall, they are full!

The staff are superbly great and friendly, trying their very best to cater their guests' needs. In other aspects, there are still room for improvements. But , IF I were to come back to Jakarta again, I would definitely love to stay there again!

This is only a block off the main thoroughfare but quiet and has an enormous pool with lovely landscaping situated between the towers. The rooms are elegant and the service excellent. The only negative is not a lot of restaurant options but the room service is reasonable and the breakfast is excellent. I have stayed various places in Jakarta over the years but will come back here.

1) Was not given the option when booking via Expedia to nominate non-smoking room and found I was booked in a smoking room.

2bd/ 2bath suite, 11th floor, 7 night stay. Staff are highly dedicated to service. At times I felt like a crazy ex girlfriend was relentlessly phoning my room every day. I'm a "do not disturb" guy, but they REALLY want to provide daily housekeeping and make sure you're content during your stay. Overall, it's a high quality hotel. I'd recommend it. The only external aspect worth noting is that there's a massive construction site directly adjacent, and they work nightshift. The rooms are basically soundproof but I'd request a high floor if you're a light sleeper.
