Property is in the downtown and pedestrian area. Great staff and great service! A really good choice.

Hard to access due to construction. Employee was supposed to let me in by lowering pedestrian only barrier but never drives. I had to personally walk through the rain to the hotel to get someone. I speak English and German . The employees barely spoke either language which was frustrating.

We got in to Baden-Baden late and took the bus to get to the hotel. The biggest challenge we had was finding it! As others have mentioned, you need to look for the sign but enter through the restaurant where someone will direct you over to the Cafe to check you in. The staff are very friendly and direct you to sit down to fill in some paperwork as they grab you a drink to relax. Since the girl was sold out and we were late checking in, we were upgraded to an apartment suite across from the hotel. It was wonderful, beautifully updated and decorated also spacious. I assume that suite would have cost a lot more than what we paid! My only issue was that they had left the windows open which let in some bugs that had managed to kill themselves on the radiators below the windows so there was a dead fly and moth on the floor. Otherwise, the kitchenette and walk-in closet wild have been useful if we had started now nights. Location is great and we found a late night restaurant at Gibraltar that was lovely. Or view was of the cobbled streets and nicely romantic. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel is pecfectly located in the town center, very beautiful and stylish, room is perfect and hotel staff very fridenly and great breakfast too, we enjoy everything about this hotel and the city, great stay!

Couldn't ask for a better location - it is in the middle of everything but still feels very relaxed. It is spotless and the rooms of a good size and still very reasonably priced.

Beautiful, uniquely designed hotel that is only a 3 minute walk to the Freidrichsbad. The location was right downtown. Upon arrival, we were sat down in the lobby and given a glass of “homemade water” which was sparkling water with fruit. It’s important to realize that booking through Expedia only holds the reservation... you do not pay when you book as we’d thought. The breakfast buffet was lots of meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, and fruit. No elevator. The restaurant associated with the hotel was excellent! We tried the meat pockets, spätzle, and flammekuchen and we were not disappointed. We were, however, taken aback by the fact that when we asked for water, we were charged for it. The bedroom was spacious. The first room when we entered had two chairs, a couch, a small table, and a mini fridge full of beverages. Our bedroom was connected by a door and had plenty of drawers and closet space. The bathroom had a bathtub, a hairdryer, and a heated towel rack, which were nice bonuses. Overall, we had a great experience with the facilities. We were a bit taken aback by a staff member who insulted my fiancé when I pulled out my credit card instead of him for dinner, but other than that we had a great experience.

Check in was a little confusing at first as the next door cafe is part of the hotel and we checked in there. But very quick and easy.

Very clean...very nice decorations... close to Christmas market

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of old Baden-Baden. The room was large and clean, and the staff (especially Ronnie) were REALLY friendly. The only downside: no air-conditioning (although they did provide a fan).

We stayed for 3 nights in December. The location could not have been better. 5 minutes to spa, 5min to casino and Christmas Market. Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. We loved that our room faced the street. We could see the very pretty little square and there were lovely christmas lights. If it had been summer this may have been a problem because there is no AC and a beer garden across the way. The room was on the small side, but clean. bathroom was also a bit small but the water pressure was excellent. Breakfast was decent. Check in could be a bit confusing as it is downstairs in the cafe next door. Staff were very good. Gave us a little coupon card, map and a card for complimentary coffee and cake in the cafe. We liked the decor, although some may find it a bit tourist or cutesy. FYI there is no onsite parking.

Nice hotel to stay. At the center of nice neighborhood. I parked my car at the Vincenti parking lot and walked for 5 to 10 mins. Costs 7 euros from 7:30 pm to 9:30 am. Breakfast is good enough. I left my heavy luggage in my car and brought only one night's stuffs.

The service was excellent . Breakfast had a large variety of food. Hotel location is 5 minutes away from Mineral Spa

What a wonderful gem of a hotel. Too cute for words, great, friendly staff, good food, good breakfast and dinner. Could not fault it in any way. Location was also perfect. Will definitely return.

We went for the spas, and this place is just around the corner. The hotel was cute and comfortable, breakfast is typical but fresh and full of variety. Staff were busy but pretty friendly overall. We had no complaints, I would recommend!

This hotel was perfect in every way. Inside and out. The room was decorated so nice that I couldn't stop taking pictures. The common areas were decorated just as nice. The attention to detail and cleanliness was perfect. The location couldn't have been any better. This is one hotel that I will never forget for all the right reasons. Breakfast was good too!! Very friendly staff.

Parking is an issue here. If you enter town from the mountain side, park in the deck as you first come down the hill. The hotel was nice but we forgot that the location is so close to France. IMHO, the French tolerate Americans, enough said. The ancient baths were very close and were great. The shopping here is very expensive. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were pleasant.
