Excellent hotel in an excellent city!

I stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh on my way back from Shimla to Delhi. The location of the hotel is a bit strange - the accessible room was the furthest from the lift. However, the service and food at the hotel are top-notch, as you would expect from a Marriott brand. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, and they even went out of their way to get me medication from the market. Overall, I would recommend JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Chandigarh. Here are some of the things I liked about the hotel: - The service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. - The food was delicious. There are four restaurants in the hotel, and I tried them all. I was not disappointed. - The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. - The pool is a great place to relax and cool off. Here are some things that I didn't like about the hotel: - The location of the accessible room was a bit strange. It was the furthest from the lift, which made it difficult to get around. - The pool area was a bit crowded. Overall, I had a very positive experience at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Chandigarh.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. One highlight was the pool area, which was a great place to unwind. However, I did notice a few spots in the pool that could use a bit more attention to maintenance. While it didn't significantly impact our enjoyment, addressing these issues would elevate the experience to a perfect 5 stars. Despite this minor detail, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and overall great atmosphere.

Property was good however the amount they freeze to keep some advance haven't been released even after 10 days of check out.

Everything regarding stay was very good. But In Room service was poor. Food was bad. Grilled sandwiches was soggy. I had asked for brown bread, white bread was sent. Had lots of onions and hardly any other vegetables. Food needs lot of improvement.

I love this property and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay! The decor was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable and attentive to my requests. The restaurant staff were more than willing to adjust the seasoning to my tolerance (lower heat) lol.

I've stayed at the JWM Chandigarh multiple times. I've come to expect the level of service and facilities they offer. But they take it to the next level by making sure every single staff member addresses you by your first name! I don't know how they manage that. It provides a level of personal attention that will make me to back and stay there and nowhere else whenever I visit Chandigarh!

Everyone at this location, from the luggage attendants, front staff, housekeeping, waiters/waitresses and room service staff were all friendly, greeting us with beautiful smiles every time, and made my husband and I feel very welcomed during our stay. The room was beautiful and clean, we slept well on that amazing mattress and enjoyed the overhead rainfall showerhead. The big screen smart tv made the experience even better. The restaurants were great and we loved the breakfast buffet - all service staff care for you properly, even when the restaurant is busy. This hotel is highly recommended by me and I will definitely be coming here every time I visit Chandigarh. Keep up the work, you have a wonderful team there!
