Lovely place with attentive staff. Service above and beyond with a free bottle of wine at check in and even restaurant recommendations in town. Quiet and comfortable. Spent a restful night after hours of traveling. The breakfast with a view was an added bonus.

I am very disapointed to get a room in this condiciones. Winter and it's snowing outside, and the heater didn't work the whole night. I was so tired after a very long trip that i just went to sleep cover with my thermic clothes...
Breakfast area is very good, the views are very nice and the location too. But i will not reccomand this hotel for not maintaining and checking daily their heater in each end wvery room, especially when all the rooms are booked!

Beautiful view from the top floor breakfast/tea room. Very nice front desk. I loved a hot bath after a day of hiking. Easily walked everywhere.

Almost everything in town is 10 minutes from the airport. The thing that separates this hotel from the others is the top floor breakfast dining / general lounge looking over the bay and mountains (~360 degrees panorama).

While the hotel was lovely and very well decorated the room was very cold the second day and night. It was so uncomfortable you had to stay under the bedcovers to watch TV. Everything else was really good.

Everythibg great. Impressive brekafast. Only iss was that the bed sheet was too small foe the mattress. Could not be tucked under matress so made sleeping uncomfortable.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helped us secure a care rental that was dropped off right at the hotel. Stunning views from restaurant. Highly recommended.

The beds were so comfortable and i enjoyed the hot showers! Basic hotel with everything you needed. Very good value andall the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Great location too. But the best part of the hotel was the breakfast room/ cafe on the 4th floor. Excellent views n hot chocolate- what could be better! I would definitely book here again.

A great hotel. The staff at the front desk, the kitchen, and the housekeeping staff were all wonderful. The hotel is really a great option. It is central to everything. The 4th floor breakfast room and coffee room is beautiful.

We got a cave like room (#2) without any sort of view, the window overlooked at an inner service area and it had a terrible silicon like odor and in order to camouflage it, they used an even worse air freshener. Bathroom wasn’t clean. No early check in or late check out available without charge. Wish I could’ve had a better experience.

Perfect location! Easy walking distance to the cruise ships. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel with great "panorama lounge". Convenient location for shopping, restaurant and waterfront. The only issue was the noise if a "buzz" that kept my roommate up. I use earplugs so I was OK, but it was very annoying in room 011. We think it is a laundry machine ?
