Practical, well-designed, modern motor lodge. Next to airport terminal but well sound-proofed. Free parking at unit door. Small restaurant with modest but good menu. You need some instructions (e.g. shut bathroom door when showering or you may set off the fire alarm) but they are only on the unit's tv. Very comfortable bed, useful workdesk.

Good stay and liked the 24/7 reception

Clean and quiet hotel

Check in was great, receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was as expected and clean. It was a very noisy hotel, we could hear a baby crying at night and people outside late into the night. Beds werent very comfortable either so didnt have a great nights sleep.

Great place

Phenomenal place to stay. Met Nick, the manager, who you can tell is meticulous, kind and caring. Wasn't sure what a place by the airport would be like, but was one of the best places we stayed in our 2 weeks in NZ.

The property was an excellent size, we stayed in the three bedroom apartment. Excellent facilities and clean also very easy to travel into Hamilton via Highway. Staff were lovely at check in.

It's all goods

Good for if your not familiar with the area, safe and worry free, breakfast is awesome too, will stay here again if in the area again. Cheers.

Very tidy, modern and immaculate

We checked in and were given a map with our room hilighted and a map. When we got to our room our key didnt work so back to reception ( If you want to drive you have to do a whole big loop past the airport) Then handed the key back and again it didn't work. Returned to reception and the manager came with us this time but or actual room was not the number we were told and shown on the map - no apology. We had called the night before to confirm room has fridge and microwave and we were assured it was. When we got to room no microwave. We asked reception abut this to blank looks. We explained we had called the actual motel and not expedia as during the call we were given 3 branch options and we picked their one. Although microwave is not isted in room amenities neither is a fridge (included in room) that is why we called to check. More blank looks then ony option was to pay for upgrade. Room large but stark.Heater made clicking noise so we turned it off to sleep. Just no customer service - worse stay of our entire trip around NZ

Friendly staff

Super clean and spacious. Good shower and internet and good facilities. Parking was easy and the price was very good, especially for what you get.

Perfecto place to stop for a night on your way to rotorua!! Bathroom was freezing tough but all you need to have a nice rest !
